The customer service/support team was very helpful , prompt and knowledgeable in all aspects. From getting the visa, to booking the hotel and ground transportation, they were Exceptionally great. The drivers were very friendly and on time for pick ups, both from the airport to taking us for zihara. The hotels In Makkah and Medina were also top notch, and just a few minutes walk to the Masjid đź‘Ť. BookUmrah is an amazing platform, a one stop shop for booking umrah. Extremely easy to use and very intuitive. No need to open a million sites to book umrah, this platform makes it a very streamlined process as it is hassle free. I found the prices were cheaper than other comparison sites too. Absolutely brilliant and professional from start to finish, Mishkat did our Flight tickets, hotel stay, transportation and Visa requirements all in the space of a few days with the most competitive price, all I did was pay with none of the added headache.
