Seems like a scam now as Australia dont allow agent to apply Australia eta. Applied thru their website and received a reply that is rejected. auto reply that Refund will take 25 days and i never happened. Called and email but to no avail.

RM 20 for an ETA visa is damn cheap and unbelievable. However I got my Australia visa from them and used it without any issue.
