UK Settled Resident using BNO

I am a UK Settled Resident using BNO Passport, but I do not have the new BNO Visa related Resident Cards nor Codes.
Told the Airline Counter when checking in that as I have settled status (even shown them my Returning Resident Visa on my old passport), I don’t need an ETA to fly to the UK. Nevertheless I was refused a boarding pass without an ETA. I quickly turn to the Online AssistEntry for help with their 1 hour ETA application service. I was so happy that they managed to get me the ETA within an hour by my input effort simply via my mobile phone there and then while I was at the Airport in LIMBO. I finally got my boarding pass and did not miss my flight …. Thank You AssistEntry, you had saved my day.

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

The company introduction highlights AssistEntry as a service that simplifies the eTA application process for travelers to various countries. It emphasizes personalized support, quick processing, and a flat fee structure. This self-description positions the company as a convenient and efficient solution for obtaining necessary travel documents. However, as it is written by the company itself, it is promotional and lacks independent verification, which is a common practice.

Greg Henshaw: This review is short but positive, focusing on the app’s ease of navigation and quick response time. The recommendation adds to the credibility. However, the brevity means it lacks specific details about the services used or challenges overcome. This could be a genuine positive experience, but it’s difficult to assess the depth of the experience.

Nury: Another brief but positive review, emphasizing professionalism, responsiveness, and problem-solving abilities. “Solved our big headache in less than an hour” suggests a significant positive outcome. The conciseness raises a slight question, as a more detailed account would increase confidence in its authenticity.

Mr Adrian Grosu: This is a very short and general positive review. “Excellent service and great customer support” provides little substantive information about the specific services or interactions experienced. The lack of detail makes it difficult to assess the review’s validity beyond face value. This kind of review could easily be fabricated or incentivized.

Vonnie S: This review is extremely short and enthusiastic: “Best experience ever!” followed by a situation where they got their ETA 15 minutes before boarding their flight. While the speed element is concrete and impressive, the lack of detail is also striking. The strong positive language without specifics makes it difficult to fully trust its credibility.

Jonah Klerks: This review is concise but highlights a specific aspect: the quick email response time. Stating “I could write an email and get after 20mins directly an answer” is helpful and adds credibility. Although short, the mention of a specific timeframe increases its believability compared to more generic positive statements.

Mr. Hau: This review is the most detailed and specific. The reviewer describes a predicament involving a missed boarding pass due to eTA requirements despite having settled status in the UK. They specifically mention using AssistEntry’s one-hour ETA application service and successfully obtaining the ETA in time. The level of detail, the specific situation, and the outcome contribute significantly to the review’s perceived authenticity. The inclusion of details regarding their BNO passport and the airline’s refusal to board without an ETA lends credibility to the review.

Uk visa: This review is very short, simply praising the ease and friendliness of the visa process and thanking Emily for the quick service. The specificity of mentioning “Emily” lends a small degree of credibility, but the review is otherwise too brief to offer significant insight or confidence. Without more detail, its authenticity remains uncertain.

Julio Nieto: Another short and positive review, mentioning a “great experience,” professionalism, and a simple process. Like other brief reviews, it lacks specific examples or details to support these claims. While the sentiment is positive, the absence of concrete information reduces its value in assessing the legitimacy of the service.

Simona: This review offers a specific scenario: issues with a family application due to passport number typos. The fact that the company detected the errors and contacted the reviewer before processing the application is a strong indicator of good customer support and attention to detail. This level of specificity, mentioning the typo issue and proactive communication, significantly enhances the review’s credibility.

John Oehrli: This review is positive and concise, praising the quick service and helpful/friendly team. The simple “gladly again” suggest satisfaction. While positive, the review lacks any specific details or examples, making it difficult to fully validate its authenticity beyond its positive sentiment.
