I had a really bad experience
I had a really bad experience i wanted to renew visa for a family of 4. Mahmoud typed my application 3 were correct and 1 was wrong.
Next day I went and spoke to manager he just simply mentioned ok we refund your money and never tried to investigate what went wrong.
The behavior of the staff was very rude and unprofessional.
Later I went to another Amer centre hardly 1 KM from this branch
It’s completely opposite behaviour and approach they were very professional and cooperative.
I dont recommend anyone to visit this branch.

Fast replies and good communication, the tourist visa was out in 2 days.
The only issue was that the website still had an option that is not available anymore but they were able to fix it up and find a solution for it.
