They did not show their charges until payment taken It should have been free with approx $20 admin fee but they charged £52 / $99 aud.
When I complain they just said they offer extra services such as keeping a copy in case I lost it. If I lost it I would just open the attachment again from their email! Do not use them!
They shouldn’t be allowed to operate!

Do NOT do business with this company. I wanted to apply for an Australian Visa BEFORE spending substantial money on airfare. Due to the COVID I reached out to this company to see if they could help. This was their CUT PASTE response. “Yes, don’t worry you can apply for your visa without any problem.” Oh, okay, sounds like they can help right?
Nope, after I pay, they said they cannot process the visa AND they cannot refund my payment due to (their words) the “chaos.” When I asked what “chaos” they were referring to – no response.
Total waste of time and these people are con artists. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company as they won’t refund my payment. What kind of company says they can help and I can apply with “no issue” and when they receive my payment send an email saying they cannot process it and cannot refund my money due to “chaos.” A shady one. Don’t do business with these thieves.

Australiavisa.com is an unfortunate company that is deferring tourism for Americans
We unfortunately paid the $130 service and realized it was a mistake, minutes later asked to cancel, and they only refunded us $30. They refuse to give us the rest of our money back.
The emails they sent by them are extremely bad with writing and vocabulary skills, unprofessional, and rude. It is unfortunate Australia has this company. Given the opportunity do not use them.

Delivered, but with issues
I am based in the UK. I was very late in realising I needed a visa for my xmas visit to Australia. The eVisitor visa which I applied for ended up coming through whilst I was on the flight so I really did need an ETA visa. I had read not to use websites like this one, but decided I had no option. The travel company had said got to the desk at the airport prior to flying and they would sort the ETA visa there and then. But I was panicking and didn’t want to take the risk. I decided to try one. I read up on trust pilot and picked this one. I paid for the second tier expedited 2 hour application. It was actually submitted to the gov in Australia until just over 3 hours. I received an email telling me it was delayed, but have never received the 2 hour rush money back. Eventually 15 hours later I got an email saying I had the ETA visa. During this time I had called all of the available numbers on the site to talk to someone. But no one ever picked up. I also tried numerous times to talk to the chat bots (there is no way they are real people) but they all just dried up on me. What is most annoying though is that my visa was granted almost straight away by the Australian gov but this site just delays telling you this. As the title says, I did get my visa, but the speed was as advertised and communications are virtually non existent.
