I had a terrible experience with…
I had a terrible experience with AIRCANADA, I paid for two one-way tickets for me and my wife in February for $1,600 USD, the flight was scheduled for July 31st at 2 PM and had to continue to ROME on August 1st at 11 AM, they kept us a whole day at the airport they made me miss the connecting flight and they still sent me the flight plan according to which we should have arrived in Rome on August 2nd making me lose the rental car I had rented and a contract that I had to sign on August 1st.
I was forced to cancel the flight and redo the ticket with Swissair which left the same day and I arrived in Rome on August 1st for my needs.
i am still waiting for them to refund me the $1,600 USD and also i have to sue Aircanada who is suing the. negligence I had to pay Swissair more than 2,000 dollars for making tickets on the day of departure.
Ruined our trip plan we had to check in twice with all our luggage .
Aircanada disappointed me I’m Canadian but I will never travel with this company again.
