I applied for 2 evisa on 10/10/24 . I was granted but not my wife, the reason being that their immigration department thought she had not left Vietnam since our last visit in 2019. I supplied the necessary passport evidence with the exit stamp to the agent but was told that I need to “upgrade the service” which involve paying another USD110 on top of the $73 already paid. Since I have plenty of time , my arrival was 12/11/24 I don’t see the need to make an “emergency” application. However, in spite of repeated attempts, this agent would not supply the information , saying all she could do was “amend” and wait 3 days. She never did explain what she meant by “amend” or “edit” . In the end , I ran out of time . Fortunately, the ship was able to get an immediate evisa for my wife , at the cost of $76 with 1 day’s notice. One wonders if there is a scam to squeeze more tourist dollars!

If you’re like me and you made a mistake on your visa application are denied boarding like we were, this company can help you like they helped us. We got a visa on arrival acceptance letter 3 hours after contacting them and paying. The service was expensive but proved to be worth it.

This business displays racism and lacks professionalism. It is advisable to avoid this discriminatory company, as there are reports indicating their lack of authenticity. When I attempted to request a visa via their unreliable website, I encountered difficulties. They recommended contacting them through WhatsApp for quicker assistance. Despite providing my information, the agent, identified as (Weifeng), ceased communication immediately upon learning I was Nigerian but resided in the UK. Despite my continued messages, I only received read receipts. Unfortunately, discrimination seems to be a common occurrence among individuals from Asian descent.

Really helpful. We have just used Vietnam-visa.com for the third time. The first time we filled out an online form. The second and third times we simply emailed and their representative used the information from previous times plus scans of our passports to do everything and then emailed a payment link. All this was done very promptly and accurately although there were different numbers of travelers and different types of visas. When we had questions last time (such as whether colour printing was required, which it isn’t) helpful answers were sent back very quickly. Highly recommended for a fast and friendly service.
