Nadra card centre is a scam company

Please Please don’t use their service for your NICOP, they are dodgy people and scamming innocent people in the UK. They have fake UK address and using UK sim for WhatsApp but they are operating from Pakistan. I applied NICOP though their service in feb until todays date I haven’t received it. I checked through Pak ID app it was my fee pending which they were suppose to pay but they didn’t. I paid them £100 plus again £45 NICOP fee. I have been since waiting and today I got it checked from Nadra Pakistan through one of my friend that what’s wrong with my application, he told me that your application was filled incorrectly and wrong information was inputed. I am advised to reapply if I need NICOP. It’s total waste of time and money. DONT use Nadra card centre service. If you visit NADRA website they have also mentioned their name as fake company who is scamming people in many countries.

Disaster for New Card

I applied for 3 cards. 2 renewals & 1 new card.
The renewals were straight forward, as expected from any place you renew a card from.
But as for the new card which I submitted my application in November, this was a disaster.
After every few weeks, they would ask me to resubmit ALL the documentation again. They asked me to do this 3 times.
After 5 months of chasing them and going in circles, I asked them to refund me.
And even getting a refund was not smooth and they didn’t give a full refund back.

I have lost my nicop card after…

I have lost my nicop card after speaking to someone from the nadra centre helpline in Peterborough i was told to download telegram and start the process. Paid £199.so i could get my nicop card faster after 5 days i was asked to go on the pak identity website and fill in information, right at the end of this process it said as my father had passed away we had to register his death with nadra. I was told my husband should go and register the death as he is in pk at this time ,he was told by the nadra centre in pakistan that only children can register the death. Absolutely frustrating and disappointed with the help recieved from them

I have myself gone on the pak identity website and within 10 min of registering my fathers death i recieved conformation it had been done. lets see what happens when i ask for a refund,
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

Overall good service and card…

Overall a good experience and satisfactory service. Card received within 5 weeks of my application being submitted. The only area of improvement in my view is that the ‘Renewal’ of NICOP card should not require any further 3rd party NICOP verification contacts as this is all done when the first ever NICOP card is applied for and issued. I also felt that some of the questions on the application form are completely unnecessary and serve no real purpose. So in my view some of the steps are unnecessary and waste of valuable resources. However I stand corrected incase I am missing something.

Excellent service and reliable

I recently used the NADRA card centre to renew my ID card, and I must say I am extremely satisfied with the experience. The process was smooth, efficient, and well-organized.
A special mention goes to Hashim Awan, the case officer who assisted me throughout the renewal process. He was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful in guiding me through each step. His dedication to customer service and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience stress-free.
I truly appreciate the excellent service provided by NADRA Card Centre and commend Hashim Awan for his outstanding support. Highly recommended for anyone needing ID.

Exceptional Service …

The NADRA Card Centre were very quick to respond to my messages via Telegram and equally good to take my calls to address my conerns, if I had any, about the service. They processed renewal of my wife’s ID (NICOP) quite efficiently once we got the ball rolling, which I received today after 5 weeks by DHL, which was a few weeks earlier than I was told for a non-urgent (slow) service that I had opted for. Money worth paying!

Following on from my review below the…

Following on from my review below the nadra team responded back to my review and asked me to contact them so they can assist. I called today and spoke with Abbas and he advised the case officer who I am speaking to on telegram will need to resolve and also they have some system updates. I explained the app for finger print does not work I have tried on other devices and still does not work. It let’s you do one finger print and then you get erros for the rest which is appualing for what this relates to. So Abbas will be escalating my complaint and I will await respond and update my review as I don’t think this will get resolved anytime soon. If there are systems update going on then don’t you think it be wise to advertise this on your system so people are aware of the delay?…. and the other thing i ask for an appointment for head office to resolve and there are no dates available! Surely I should be able to go to the head office in London and just do my finger prints there! If I new there was system issue going on i could have got a visa and done my nadra card application in pakistan now that I have started my application in uk I can’t even do that now.

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

Review 1 (Nahieda Ali): This review is short and positive, praising the friendly staff and flexible availability. While positive, it lacks specific details about the service received, which is a common characteristic of potentially inauthentic reviews. However, it’s not overtly suspicious and could be genuine satisfaction.

Review 2 (Consumer): Similar to the first review, this one is short, positive, and mentions the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, specifically thanking “Imran sir.” The lack of specifics and the generic “Consumer” name raise slight suspicion. The phrase “I really like online service” also sounds slightly unnatural, potentially indicating a non-native English speaker, which isn’t necessarily a red flag but contributes to the overall assessment.

Review 3 (Consumer): This review is a significant red flag. The reviewer claims the service is a “scam company” and details a negative experience of applying for a NICOP card, including accusations of fake UK addresses, operation from Pakistan, incorrect application filling, and demands for extra payments. The reviewer also alleges that NADRA’s official website lists the company as a fake one. This is a very damaging review and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the service.

Review 4 (Zaiba Sadiq): This review describes a frustrating experience with a new card application. While the renewals were straightforward, the new card application involved repeated requests for documentation and ultimately resulted in an incomplete refund. This review highlights potential inefficiencies or issues with the company’s processes, lending credibility to claims of poor service, but doesn’t necessarily point to an outright scam, just poor execution.

Review 5 (Jhanzaib): This is another positive review, praising the helpfulness of the staff who assisted online and guided the reviewer through the process. The detail about receiving help over the phone to complete the online process adds a bit more substance than the initial generic positive reviews.

Review 6 (yahya malik): This review is extremely short and generic, offering very little information. “Good and understand situation and help you what ever you need” is vague and doesn’t offer any specific details about a positive experience. This is a hallmark of fake reviews and doesn’t lend any credibility to the site.

Review 7 (Ismat Noorzai): This is a glowing positive review, highlighting the smooth, quick, and professional handling of the NICOP application. The reviewer explicitly recommends the service. While very positive, it lacks specific details beyond the general claims.

Review 8 (Shaheena Hussain): This is another very negative review. The reviewer describes a frustrating experience involving communication through Telegram, additional payments, and ultimately, the discovery of incorrect information provided, leading to a need to register a death through a convoluted process. The reviewer strongly advises against using the website, reinforcing the scam accusation. The level of detail in this negative review adds to its credibility.

Review 9 (Ibrar): This review is more balanced. The reviewer notes a “good experience” and receiving the card within 5 weeks, but also criticizes unnecessary steps in the renewal process and irrelevant questions on the application form. The specific criticisms provide a level of detail and suggest a genuine customer experience, even with some negative aspects.

Review 10 (Ayesha Sadiqa): This review is overwhelmingly positive, praising “excellent support,” “clear information,” and a “very friendly approach by NADRA TELEGRAM UK.” The specific mention of “NADRA TELEGRAM UK” is interesting, as it may point to a specific team or communication channel within the company. The mention of “sorting my few issues and getting visas and stuff in time” provides slightly more detail but still lacks specific explanations.

Review 11 (Sayou): This is a brief and positive review highlighting fast application completion and updates throughout the process. It’s generic and lacks detail.

Review 12 (Bilal Arif): This review is very short and positive, praising the service as “very effective and efficient” and “delivered very fast.” It is too short to be particularly informative or convincing.

Review 13 (MOHAMMAD ASIF-SULEMAN): This review is positive and mentions a specific case officer, Hashim Awan, who provided excellent service. The level of detail regarding the assistance from a specific person adds credibility. The reviewer also clearly states their use to renew ID card and that it was smooth process.

Review 14 (Faisal khalil): Similar to the previous review, this one mentions Hashim Awan as the agent and praises his polite and well-mannered service, building confidence through Telegram. The redundancy in mentioning the same agent repeatedly could be a tactic to boost the reputation of a specific employee (or a sign of coordinated positive reviews).

Review 15 (Bash): This is a mixed review. The reviewer found the procedure frustrating due to “useless information” required, but praised the staff at the agency for being nice and helpful. The acknowledgement of negative aspects while also praising the staff makes it seem more genuine.

Review 16 (Customer): This is a very short and generic positive review, simply stating that the case handler was professional and helpful. It lacks any specific details and is therefore not very informative.

Review 17 (Mr Mohamed Akram): This review details a positive experience, highlighting quick responses via Telegram, efficient processing, and receiving the NICOP earlier than expected. The specific mention of DHL delivery and opting for a “non-urgent (slow) service” adds detail that indicates a likely genuine experience.

Review 18 (Nad): This review describes a negative experience with the fingerprinting app not working and a lack of available appointments at the head office. The reviewer also expresses frustration that starting the application in the UK prevents them from applying in Pakistan. This provides details of technical difficulties and planning issues, suggesting a genuine experience, although negative.

Review 19 (Qadar): This review is extremely short and uninformative: “Exactly work what they said.” It offers no context or specific details and is not helpful in assessing credibility.

Review 20 (SAQLAIN SADIQ): This review is positive and praises the smooth and efficient process, clear communication, and staff professionalism. The focus on getting the passport is a key detail.
