It is 100% a scam

It is 100% a scam. They wanted to charge me $114 for Thailand Digital Arrival Card which is free. Lucky I didn’t fall for it as I knew the real price.

RUSH Visa scam by iVisa

RUSH Visa scam by iVisa
The “Rush” iVisa service offering to have your visa issued within 4 hours or 1 hour for a higher service fee is a scam.
By their own admission, iVisa have no influence over the visa processing time by the visa issuing authority.
It is in fact quicker to submit the application on the government website yourself. This is because it takes a few hours for iVisa to submit the application on your behalf.
Use them if your visa application is not urgent, but don’t be fooled into paying higher service fees for an expedited visa application. iVisa use the same website to submit visa applications that individual travellers use.
When I queried their failure to meet the timeline that I paid for, the following reply was received:
“ Please note that the issuance of travel documents by government agencies depends on their procedures and deadlines, which we are unable to control.”

I am trying to get my visa for my son…

I am trying to get my visa for my son and I and I had paid over 235 dollars with the refund option. The company does not send me messages back even though I have repeatedly asked for updates. If I do not get my visa I will have waited over 22,000 in flights and hotels and excursions that I paid up front with. Though they do not seem to care. They have destroyed my dreams of going to Austraila. I do not know where to turn to.

Horrible experience with iVisa.us.com

My experience with iVisa.us.com is horrible. I sent them many emails regarding travel visa refund request, but I didn’t get any response from them. “Eddy Jellal” from iVisa contacted me regarding my US visa application via email. I emailed Eddy twice to get an update on the refund request, but he didn’t reply to any of my emails. I feel their behaviour is highly unprofessional & irresponsible. I couldn’t find any contact number on their website to discuss my issue in the call. I’m not sure if I will get the refund or I will lose an amount of 159 USD. I would never recommend anyone to use their service.

I PURCHASED AN ESTA APPLICATION WHICH…

I PURCHASED AN ESTA APPLICATION WHICH THEY SAID THEY WOULD GUARANTEE I WOULD HAVE A RESULT WITHIN 8 HOURS. HENCE WHY I PAID THE EXPRESS SERVICE. I PAID FOR THIS ON THE 5TH OF MAY 2023. ITS NOW NEARLY 4 WEEKS.

AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS AND NO RESPONSE ASKING FOR A REFUND. IVE STILL NOT GOT A RESPONSE. SO ITS LEAD TO ME LETTING EVERYONE KNOW THERE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. They were high up on Google search so I didn’t notice it was not US.gov and went for the full process. They charged $150US (luckily, I didn’t pay an extra $$ for fast response). I have never received a receipt for the payment, nor an expected service date. It’s been a week since I started this process and nothing has happened yet; I asked them to cancel my request and receive my money back. Someone wrote back to me asking for the details (again) and then disappeared. Don’t waste your time and money!!! Stay away!

Ridiculous website, act like scammers

Ridiculous website. Never ever order your esta in here! I paid for my esta and never received any email. Because my trip was coming closer I applied somewhere else. When I asked for a refund they say they didnt found my application. When I sent the payment receipt they suddenly found it and claimed the email should be in spam and some documents are missing, which is both not the case. When I contacted the customer support they ask for an order number but never received this because there is no order confirmation. I sent them the bank receipt but they dont respond anymore. This is weeks ago.

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

Review 1 (Brian): This review explicitly calls the service a “100% scam,” citing an inflated price for a Thailand Digital Arrival Card, which is normally free. This is a strong indicator of deceptive practices, as the service attempts to profit by charging for something that is publicly available without cost. The reviewer’s awareness prevented them from falling victim, but it highlights a potential red flag for others. This review points toward unethical pricing and a lack of transparency.

Review 2 (Michael Rabec): This review accuses iVisa of a “RUSH Visa scam.” The core issue is the promise of expedited service (“4 hours or 1 hour”) for a higher fee, which the reviewer claims is misleading since iVisa allegedly has no influence over the visa processing time. The reviewer asserts that applying directly through the government website is faster. This suggests a misrepresentation of service capabilities and a potential exploitation of urgency for financial gain. The quote from iVisa acknowledging their lack of control over processing times further weakens their “Rush” service claim.

Review 3 (ROBERT EICHMAN): This review details a frustrating experience with a delayed visa application for the reviewer and their son. The reviewer paid a significant amount, including a refund option, but reports a lack of communication and updates. The potential loss of non-refundable flight and hotel bookings amplifies the negative impact. This review suggests poor customer service, a failure to deliver promised services, and a disregard for the customer’s financial investment. The emotional distress expressed by the reviewer adds weight to the negative assessment.

Review 4 (Davidson Hang): This is a brief but direct condemnation, calling the service “Absolutely a scam” and a “waste of time and money.” While lacking specific details, the strong language suggests a highly negative experience and reinforces the concerns raised in other reviews. The brevity suggests a particularly frustrating and straightforward negative interaction.

Review 5 (Dinesh Singh Bundela): This review focuses on a lack of responsiveness and difficulty in obtaining a refund. The reviewer reports sending multiple emails without receiving a reply, highlighting a breakdown in communication and customer support. The inability to find a contact number on the website further exacerbates the issue. The reviewer expresses uncertainty about receiving the refund and discourages others from using the service, indicating a significant lack of trust and satisfaction. The naming of a specific contact (“Eddy Jellal”) adds a layer of detail to the complaint.

Review 6 (Michael Ganot): This is another short and direct review, simply stating “awful! scam!” While lacking detail, it aligns with the overall negative sentiment expressed in other reviews and reinforces the suspicion of fraudulent activity. The exclamation points suggest strong negative emotion.

Review 7 (Lucas Carvalho): This review centers on a failure to process a refund request. The reviewer initiated the request shortly after applying but received no response despite multiple attempts to contact the company. The lack of communication and the unresolved refund further contribute to the negative perception of the service. The specific amount paid (159 euros) provides concrete evidence of the financial loss.

Review 8 (Kris): This review highlights a failure to deliver on a promised expedited service (ESTA application within 8 hours) despite paying extra for it. The review states that nearly four weeks have passed without a result or response to refund requests. The lack of communication and the failure to meet the promised timeline indicate unreliable service and a potential disregard for customer commitments. The all-caps emphasis adds to the sense of frustration and urgency.

Review 9 (Michal): This review claims the company is a “fraud,” indicating a deliberate deception. The reviewer mistakenly believed they were dealing with the official US government website. The absence of a payment receipt or expected service date, coupled with the lack of progress and unresponsive customer service, supports the claim of fraudulent activity. The reviewer’s warning to others (“Don’t waste your time and money!!! Stay away!”) underscores the severity of the negative experience.

Review 10 (Anon): This review expresses strong dissatisfaction with the service, labeling it a “complete scam.” The reviewer paid a significant amount for an expedited ESTA application but received nothing after a day. The strong language and negative sentiment align with the overall pattern of complaints and reinforce the suspicion of fraudulent practices. The price point (114€) adds further details.

Review 11 (joshua): This review describes a frustrating experience with a missing ESTA application and difficulties in obtaining a refund. The reviewer reports never receiving an email confirmation, despite paying for the application. When they requested a refund, the company initially claimed they couldn’t find the application but then changed their story after receiving proof of payment. The customer support was unhelpful and eventually stopped responding. This pattern of inconsistent information, lack of communication, and refusal to provide a refund strongly suggests fraudulent behavior.

ivisa.us.com likely scam
