Booked my Australia visa through a travel agency for our upcoming family trip, but things got a bit tricky. After submitting multiple applications, I found out that Australia ETA no longer accepts submissions via third parties — all travelers now have to apply on their own.
Tried getting a refund, but the agency initially said no. Huge shoutout to Jovanka S. who went above and beyond to help me out and push feedback to the agency. Thanks to her, I finally got the visa refund sorted. Really appreciate the support!

My wife’s visa application was reviewed and approved in one day. However, my visa application was “under review” for approximately one week and no response. Finally I reached out to Jovanka who quickly responded that my passport photo needed to be taken again. I did so and my visa application was approved the next day.

1) My Visa application was on a stand-by because of a passport deadline, but Jovanka just assist me so greatly : informing that the procedure was still available, and that it would run again as soon as my passport would come out.
2) Once this done, i was wondering if the visa document would come out soon enough before my departure to Indonesia, but Jovanka did act and answer the day after my request, so that my visa document is ready !
