Okay so out of pure panic I applied through this site because it was what I found on google, not realising it wasn’t the government site. Yes, they charge a very high amount $100+ when through the actual government site it’s $21. Technically not a scam cos it’s not fake, I got my visa within a few hours, so don’t panic, just make sure to check on the actual government website that your application has gone through. I didn’t get an email confirming the visa was granted but I saw it was granted on the official site. Whether this premium payment expedited the process? I don’t know. The job is done and it was urgent anyways.

I applied for an ESTA through the actual government site previously and it only cost $21, so I was confused when I got on this site and there were exorbitant fees. I thought it was part of the current gov’s approach to immigration so I ALMOST fell for it but PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE GUYS it is just as easy to apply through the actual US gov site, which is esta.cbp.dhs.gov If you are unsure about the site you are on, the scam sites do disclose that they are not affiliated with the US government. Make sure to read everything carefully and do not fall for it!! Also, from what I have seen on my own laptop, the actual US gov site is NOT one of the sponsored options when you google ‘ESTA’, so do not click on the sponsored ones, I they are likely to be scams, too.

I expected the government department but found out afterwards that it was a middle man, charging 132€ per person. There was 4 of us travelling, so I was very surprised!
I would have given a 1 star but in fairness to them, as soon as I asked for a refund (within 24hrs), they cancelled the transactions and refunded everything.
Go straight to the government department website, as it is much cheaper.

Horrible scammers!!
I fell victim to paying an exorbitant fee to this site. I realised my mistake within 30 minutes and emailed asking for a cancellation/refund – I have been ignored ever since. They then submitted the ESTA application on my behalf about 4 days later, despite me repeatedly asking them not to. Currently disputing with my bank but not sure what will happen. So very sad.

These are scammers, their website resembles so much the governmental platform that you don’t realize for quite some time. They charge huge fees for services and don’t even provide them. I paid 159 USD and never received a response on my requests. Just complete ignorance. I’m reporting this to bank and requesting chargeback since they continue ignoring my emails.

I thought this was the correct site for…official ESTA
I thought this was the correct site for my ESTA, But not reading the fine print, until later realised was not official site, I sent them a message within the hour, and cancelled my application, then within the hour they refunded back to my credit card. I’ve also used the Website as I thought it was the original one. As here said I’ve sent an Email with complaint ASAP and my both ESTA request and payment (for me and my husband) were canceled and I will not be charged for the services.

Just ask for a refund within 90 days and they will only charge you the $21
I realised I had overpaid through this website and emailed them at info @ usimmigration-support.org. My ESTA had came through before I had received a response to my request for a refund. However, I then received a response (about 3 hours later) from them confirming they would only charge me $21. Although the charge of $139 had been put through my bank, it was still being processed so they were able to update this before the payment had been processed, and only $21 was deducted. So make sure you ask for a refund asap and they will give it to you!
There is a 90 day refund policy on their website too.

While tired and in a hurry, I went through the ESTA application process on this website thinking that it was the Official Website of the Department of Homeland Security. After entering my payment details, I was shocked to be charged 133.89€ instead of the standard $21. I immediately responded to the confirmation email I received with the following email and luckily got immediately reimbursed within a couple of hours.

Although I´m usually very careful, I have also applied for ESTA on their sites. They did send the ESTA document, but charged me $136 instead of $21.
I have written to them that I do not agree with these scammy practices. They replied me promptly that they would only charge me $ 21, and the rest of the amount would be unblocked in my account within a few working days. So I’m waiting. Plus, I’m worried about sensitive data leakage.

Scam via impersonation of official website. Looks exactly the same. They pay for their site to appear first. Was in hosp with my daughter having undergone surgery and booked ESTA to take to USA for treatment and fell foul to these people. They do not know how to submit an ESTA properly and delay the process. Do it yourself though the official website. It is cheaper and faster. What a fraud organization. Stay away.

The website is listed as first by Google (sponsored) and I naively thought it was the official one. I was charged 139£ and I got my ESTA in only a few hours. I told them that I had used their website by mistake and asked for a refund. They only took 21£. DARE TO ASK!
