Title: Extremely Poor Service – Lack of Communication and Mismanagement
My experience with Voya Visa was incredibly disappointing. They took my money without providing any updates on my visa application until the last day before my departure. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support, I received no answers or acknowledgement. The lack of communication and transparency from Voya Visa is unprofessional. This experience has made me question their legitimacy and raises concerns of being scammed. I strongly advise caution and hope that Voya Visa takes immediate steps to improve their service and avoid similar situations in the future.

Absolutely atrocious customer service
Absolutely atrocious customer service, they charged us £375 for a 7 days visa to Turkey. They never answer their phones or respond to emails. They literally sent me an email to collect my passport on the afternoon of the day before my flight was booked for, so i was not aware whether my visa had been issued or not. AVOID AT ALL COST.

SCAM ALERT!!!
SCAM ALERT!!! THIS IS NOT THE OFFICIAL VISA APPLICATION PAGE! You got scammed even before entering Turkey. The website looks identical to the official application page. However, the key difference is that this company is run by immoral basta*ds who charge you 75 EUR MORE to get a Turkish visa. Nowhere on their website do they mention that this is not the official government website. On the contrary, they have done everything, literally everything possible to make a fool out of you. The worst of all is that such companies are not even taken down and that the officials in Turkey have not taken any measures against this fraud.

BE AWARE OF THE RIP OFF
Horrible Service and very unprofessional staff including the Manager. They make you wait more than a hour to be attended, then they force you to take a Travel Insurance from them only paid £50 for it, finally the Visa fee is a Rip off £221 for a Visa that you can only use to travel to Turkey “ONCE” within 3 months.Very upsetting, this place should close down.🧐😠

Website difficult to navigate. Fees outrageous.
Website difficult to navigate. Rejected valid credit card multiple times. Site says to resubmit 4-5 times! Cost of express e visa is outrageous (US $480) and additional fees added.

NOT official site – don’t waste your money!!!
If not careful or well informed, you’d think this is the official government site. It is NOT!!! They charge an extra $74 service fee per person just for passing your info through to the government and then passing your visa back to you. In my case the process went fine but this takes longer than using the official site, and you’ll pay more than double!! I’m really angry at Google for putting this ad at the top of my search results, and at this site for looking like they are an official government site. They should be required to state clearly that this is NOT the government site. Make sure “.gov.tr” is in the URL before you apply for your visa!!

Thieves
Applied for a visa on this website and paid more than double of a normal visa fee. One day before travel date I wanted to print the visa but the email was no where to be found in the inbox. I tried contacting these guys on the number provided on their website and that was to hear the automated message which was not helpful at all. Avoid this website at all cost

SCAM, RUN AWAY
My parents fell into this scam and purchased visas from this agency. $117 is the price you will pay, instead of the $50 through the official .tr government website. Stay away!

They made me pay too much.
I completed a form to have a refund but I didn’t receive it yet and it’s way over the 72 hours they said they will respond.
Don’t buy your visa from their site!!!

This site is a fraud. They made me pay way to much for my visa. I completed a form to have a refund and it’s way over the 72h time frame in which they said they would respond. Don’t buy your evisa on this site!

SCAM and their website is now called visasturkey.
I feel sad that I didn’t read the warnings in the scam reviews here. Just got scammed on the Entrance Application fee, paid 75 dollars for the free application form. I have emailed them like many here. Their website is called now visasturkey. The old website leads to a different website. Beware and good luck! Don’t let this unfortunate event ruin your vacation. Take care everyone.

Seemingly legit site…
After a friend told me nearly immediately after I’d done it that the Visa should be completely free on the actual Turkish government site and that there should be no extra charges for unnecessary health certificates either, I sent them a mail to cancel and refund me which they responded to saying that there would be a refund as they had not processed anything yet. Transaction was refunded but for a little less than I paid… anyway… just read the site properly before your use the services

The site is a scam
The site is a scam. Payed £104. Did not receive visa. Just e.mails saying we had not payed. We gave them proof that we had payed. my wife then found official site the day before our travel. It cost £35 and visa arrived in minutes. Very stressful and they are stealing money from people.
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
The initial promotional text describes the Turkey Visa Online service, highlighting its ease of use, quick processing time, customer service, and secure processing. It aims to attract travelers seeking a convenient way to obtain a Turkey e-visa. This text itself is neutral and simply describes the purported benefits of the service. However, it sets the stage against which the subsequent reviews must be evaluated.
Review 1: Rustem S (1 star) – It’s a scam do not use at all cost
This review is brief but extremely direct. Rustem S emphatically warns against using the service, labeling it a “scam.” While the review lacks specific details about their negative experience, the absolute language used (“at all cost”) indicates a strong negative sentiment. This review is definitely a red flag for the website.
Review 2: Issa Family UK (1 star) – I was thinking about applying for a…
This review doesn’t describe a direct experience with the service, but rather expresses hesitation based on other reviews. It highlights the power of negative reviews to deter potential customers, implying that the accumulated negative feedback has raised serious doubts about the legitimacy of the visa application process. This indirectly amplifies the scam concerns.
Review 3: Rav (1 star) – Absolutely atrocious customer service
Rav’s review provides more concrete details about a negative experience. They mention being charged £375 for a 7-day visa, which seems significantly higher than expected. More importantly, Rav points out the lack of responsiveness from customer service, mentioning unanswered calls and emails. The delayed email regarding passport collection adds to the stress and uncertainty. The review strongly advises readers to avoid the service, further reinforcing scam allegations.
Review 4: Tahir Muzaffar (5 stars) – This application used very easy and…
This is the only positive review in the list. Tahir Muzaffar states that the application was easy to use and worked well. This review offers a counterpoint to the numerous negative experiences, but its brevity and lack of detail compared to the negative reviews make it less convincing. This could be a fake review due to the lack of detail.
Review 5: Narek (1 star) – SCAM ALERT!!!
Narek’s review is another strong warning, explicitly labeling the site a “SCAM ALERT!!!” They highlight the issue of the site mimicking the official visa application page but charging a significantly higher fee (75 EUR more). Narek also criticizes the company’s lack of transparency and accuses them of intentionally deceiving users. The reviewer is also critical of the Turkish officials, which potentially shows the emotional distress this user had. This review underscores the core problem identified by many: the site masquerades as the official channel to overcharge unsuspecting applicants.
Review 6: Daynorys (1 star) – BE AWARE OF THE RIP OFF
Daynorys describes a negative in-person experience, citing long wait times, forced travel insurance purchases, and inflated visa fees (£221 for a single-entry visa valid for 3 months). The reviewer also criticizes the unprofessional staff. This review differs from others by focusing on an offline component of the service, suggesting that the issues extend beyond just the online application process.
Review 7: Abby Munro (1 star) – Can’t believe I fell for this
Abby Munro’s review clearly states the site is a scam, after taking their money and receiving notice that it was declined. They also were unable to contact the site using the numbers on the website.
Review 8: aryan raj (4 stars) – Thq Ms kavya…..the process went…
This review is vague and brief. The reviewer thanks “Ms. Kavya” and states that “the process went smoothly.” This is one of only two positive reviews on the list. Because this is so vague, it is also easy to suggest this is a fake review.
Review 9: keshav narain Dr. Narain (1 star) – Website difficult to navigate. Fees outrageous.
This review criticizes the website’s user interface and the high cost of the “express e visa,” which is priced at US $480, with additional fees. They also report issues with credit card processing. The high price of the visa is another reason to suspect it is a scam.
Review 10: Jennifer (1 star) – NOT official site – don’t waste your money!!!
Jennifer’s review directly addresses the key issue: the site’s misleading presentation as an official government resource. They point out the extra $74 service fee charged for simply forwarding information. While the process worked for them, they emphasize that it is slower and more expensive than using the official .gov.tr site. The reviewer also blames Google for prioritizing the site in search results.
Review 11: Sahil Khan (1 star) – Thieves
Sahil Khan stated that they paid double for the normal visa fee, then lost the email with the visa the day before travel and could not contact the website to get it back.
Review 12: braindebugg (1 star) – SCAM, RUN AWAY
braindebugg claims the website is a scam, and charges $117 USD instead of the $50 from the official website.
Review 13: Dilu Pillai (1 star) – SCAM ALERT
Dilu Pillai claims the website charges 3x the cost of an official visa, and does not know if the visa is original.
Review 14: Laurence Gagné (1 star) – They do not refund us!!!
Laurence Gagné stated that they completed a refund form, but the website never responded.
Review 15: Marie-Pier Choquette (1 star) – This site is a fraud
Marie-Pier Choquette had the same experience as Laurence Gagné.
Review 16: Ricardo D Souza (1 star) – scamsters..
Ricardo D Souza reversed the charges on his card with his bank, meaning the website did nothing to help him with his issue.
Review 17: Mohamed Fawzy (1 star) – Scam website
Mohamed Fawzy states that the site is a scam because it replicates a government website and steals user’s money.
Review 18: WZ (1 star) – SCAM and their website is now called visasturkey.
WZ paid for a free application form. They warn others to read reviews before applying, and stated that the old website now leads to a different website.
Review 19: Riyaaz Dalvie (3 stars) – Seemingly legit site…
Riyaaz Dalvie cancelled and received a refund after finding out the website charges for something that is supposed to be free.
Review 20: Sanjay Sakhardande (1 star) – The site is a scam
Sanjay Sakhardande paid £104 and did not receive a visa. They found the official site which charged £35, and the visa arrived in minutes.
turkeyvisaapplication.com likely a SCAM
