I didn’t even know that Visanta offered online shopping but the product I was searching came up at a great price. Delivered in just 2 days and brilliant service. Will definitely use again

STAY AWAY FROM THEM

STAY AWAY FROM THEM. It seemed to be a nice shop in the beginning and I bought some stuff from them. BUT it became a REAL NIGHTMARE after the problem occurred. I bought a USB hub from them for 30 euros for exporting photos from the camera memory card to the computer. I inserted it and tried copying photos but it kept getting disconnected. I went to the shop to explain the issue and they told that there’re no photos on the camera memory card and this is the reason. I got disappointed as these were the photos from Teide and Anaga parks. But they didn’t even believe the photos were there. I managed to restore them later anyway. I bought a new camera memory card from them and tested USB hub for a small amount of photos and it worked. Later I tried sending around 1k and the USB hub kept getting disconnected after copying 50-70 only. Every time I had to turn it off and put again and the operation which normally takes 5-10 minutes lasted an hour. I came to the shop again and they told they can’t do anything as they can accept returns within 6 days only. It doesn’t matter they SOLD a BROKEN CHINESE USB HUB. I told it’s of no use for me and they agreed to send it to some service and gave the timeframe of 2-3 weeks. I came in 3 weeks and the guy told that the lady who knows details is on her vacation and I need to wait until she’s back (nice service, right?). I came again and it was 4 weeks already from the time I returned that USB hub and the lady told she’ll contact me tomorrow as she needs to check it with a tech guy first. And the reason it doesn’t work is because I have a Mac. Nice excuse though and no calls so far. I’m from Ukraine and people all over the world are supporting us and looks like this shop only wants to get income instead of accepting that they sold a broken device. 30 euros isn’t a small amount for me as they think. NOT RECOMMENDED

I bought the camera from Visanta

I bought the camera from Visanta, the price were without VAT, I didn’t know that. They called me and explained everything, so I had the choice if I wanted to cancel the order. Very good service.
