I’ve had a very very bad experience

I’ve had a very very bad experience. I applied for a tourist visa and submitted all the required documents including 6 months bank statement and more. First they forced to buy expensive insurance which I already had in the GCC. I am living here in Qatar. When i asked to cancel, they stopped forcing to buy insurace and immediately applied to avoid refunding. They gave the application number. However, when I checked the status using the ICP UAE immigration website, my application was not there. I lost a lots of money without any refund.

I am planning to file a complaint with all the evidences to take legal actions against such frauds and scams.

SCAMMERS!!!❌🚫 Company blocked in UAE!!!

Let me save your journey. These people are the original scammers! First you pay, then they ask you foolish documents such as your 6 last bank statements ( for what kind of reasons?). They fake to apply then 3 days latter they send you an automatic message stating your visa application has been rejected. If you trust them you will not only loose the money you send them, but also the money of your flight and hotel, ruining your vacation. Also, there is a message on their website saying you will get refund if the visa is rejected, don’t waist your time asking for that, they will say you can be refund only if the rejection is their fault and it will never be their fault, lol! I’ve contacted another agency in Dubai who said their website isn’t even available in the UAE, they may have been blocked because of the reports. So I will report them everywhere visa/master card, ambassy of uae, grdf, bank, google. I will leave reviews everywhere too. I’ve ask to my bank for charge back as I’ve been scam and they agreed.

I strongly advise everyone against working with them. It’s a scam!

I strongly advise everyone against Insta Dubai Visa . On 11/18/23, I paid $238 for a visa application for my wife through them. Despite their claim of a 24-72 hour processing time, we endured three weeks of waiting, with futile attempts to contact them. Shockingly, they not only failed to deliver the promised visa but also ceased communication, leaving their online portal stuck on “processing.” Just one week away from our trip, we had to shell out nearly $2,500 for a new ticket through Emirates, applying for a visa with them as sponsors. Consequently, my wife will now travel separately from me and our son, disrupting our travel plans. Emirates processed the visa in just three days, even over the weekend. Be cautious as Insta Dubai Visa also operates under the guise of Insta Global Travel . Steer clear of these companies at all costs – they are unequivocally a scam!

A scam. The support team quoted AED 535 for express visa to issue in 8 hours. Once paid they directed to the team who demanded another USD 300 as express fee.

They are not willing to make a refund stating it is recorded in the website but no such information is available

Scammers ⛔️💯❌⚠️

They will take money from you and will disappear. They will send you fake templates of refusal letter and will tell you we can’t refund you your money.
Use credit card guys from US,UK or Europe and ask your credit card company that you have been scammed by these culprits and they will refund and will chase these fraudsters themselves

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

The company’s self-description paints a picture of a professional visa agency with extensive experience and close ties to UAE immigration. They emphasize their role in assisting with application forms and ensuring approvals. However, it’s important to remember that this is a marketing statement and should be viewed with some skepticism, as it’s inherently biased. Claims of “expert handling” and “expediting services” should be verified with independent sources and customer reviews. The disclaimer about not being affiliated with the UAE government is crucial and legally necessary, highlighting their role as a facilitator charging service fees, not an official government entity.

Mazhar ul islam’s review details a very negative experience. The user claims they were pressured to buy expensive insurance despite already having coverage. They also state that after refusing the insurance, the application was submitted quickly to avoid a refund. The most serious accusation is that the application number provided was not found on the official ICP UAE immigration website. This suggests either a significant error or deliberate deception. The user indicates a plan to file a legal complaint, which suggests a high degree of dissatisfaction and a belief that they were defrauded.

Ahmed’s review is extremely brief and positive, simply stating “great service and quick response.” While positive feedback is important, the lack of detail makes it difficult to assess its authenticity or provide specific insights. It could be a genuine positive experience, or it could be a less informative or even potentially fabricated review.

Hassane AOUNE’s review echoes the insurance complaint, labeling the company as “scummers” and accusing them of requesting insurance payment solely to take the user’s money. This aligns with Mazhar ul islam’s experience and contributes to a concerning pattern regarding mandatory or misleading insurance requirements.

Dr. Nadeem Hafeez’s review is blunt and accusatory, calling the website a “scam.” They claim the company is run by “indians” (which is an irrelevant and potentially prejudiced statement) and lacks a physical office. Such claims, while serious, lack specific details and evidence to support the assertion of a scam, but the vehemence warrants attention.

magic tours’ review is very short and simply states “its a spam only take money”. Like other one- or two-word reviews, it’s difficult to assess credibility, though it does strongly reinforce a negative sentiment.

hamza mazhar’s review strengthens the negative consensus. This user describes being “tricked” into paying for a visa and additional insurance, calling the company a “proper scam.” The user’s decision to raise a chargeback with their credit card company indicates a firm belief that they were defrauded and an attempt to recover their money.

Paula Nyenyesa’s review consists of a simple statement: “They are scammers.” While brief, it adds to the accumulation of negative accusations.

Osman Bin Abdullah’s review uses strong language, stating “They r Fraud.” The user claims to have lost money on an Umrah visa and accuses the company of not caring about the origin of the money they take, implying unethical and fraudulent behavior.

Nasia Bhojani’s review describes the service as “Worst and pathetic,” stating the visa was rejected without explanation and no refund was given. This aligns with other reviews mentioning denied visas and issues with refunds, suggesting a potential problem with transparency and customer service.

Moaz Bhojani’s review reinforces the scam accusation, urging others not to use the service. The user states that the visa was rejected without explanation, and a refund was not provided despite advertised refund policies.

Nelly Smith’s review is detailed and accusatory, describing the company as “original scammers.” They report being asked for “foolish documents,” such as six months of bank statements, and receiving an automated rejection message after a delay. The review mentions a false promise of a refund and claims the website may be blocked in the UAE due to reports. They indicate plans to report the company to various authorities and have requested a chargeback from their bank, indicating significant financial loss and a strong belief in fraudulent activity.

King Obi’s review details a specific financial loss ($238) and a significant delay (three weeks) in visa processing. Despite the promised processing time, the visa was not delivered, and communication ceased. This disruption forced the user to purchase a new ticket and apply for a visa through Emirates at a much higher cost. The review also warns about the company operating under the name “Insta Global Travel,” suggesting a possible attempt to hide negative reviews. The Emirates visa process being significantly faster highlights the inefficiency or possible deceit of Insta Dubai Visa.

Purindu B Jayatilake’s review reports a bait-and-switch tactic. An initial price was quoted for an express visa, but after payment, a higher fee was demanded. The user reports a refusal to refund, despite the initial quote, highlighting potential deception regarding fees.

Nazma Begum’s review is concise, labeling the business as “fake scammers” and “fraud.” This reinforces the negative perception accumulating in other reviews.

Yoanna Hamidah’s review makes serious allegations of extortion and unprofessional behavior. The user claims they were asked for excessive amounts of money for a visa and threatened with non-issuance if they didn’t pay. They also allege the company lodged a false application, causing future visa issues. This review is particularly concerning due to the specific details of alleged extortion and falsification of documents.

Angela Sur’s review simply says “Very good agency .Kiss” It is very short and lacks substance.

M Raven’s review is a strong warning: “Scammers ⛔️💯❌⚠️.” They claim the company takes money and disappears, sending fake refusal letters without refunds. The user advises using a credit card from the US, UK, or Europe to facilitate chargebacks.

Hailemichael Kassa’s review is very positive, praising the “amazing service” and “swift response”. The user claims to have had a quick visa approval. It is the opposite of most of the other reviews.

Nadia Nel’s review expresses satisfaction with the service and quick visa processing. Like the other positive reviews, it lacks specifics.

Abdulkaadir Tanimu’s review praises the agents’ “swift response”. It is similar to other positive reviews that are very short and don’t explain in detail the positive experience.

InstaDubaiVisa.com likely a scam.

Note: The above statement is just my personal opinion, you should check carefully at the sources and make the right decision for yourself.
