They are using shady tactics to take traveler’s money via One health pass scheme. I didn’t like how they do business and I will not trust them for any other matter.

According to Filipino Law Group…

According to Filipino Law Group AMERICANS CANNOT TRAVEL TO THE PHILIPPINES USING U.S. PASSPORTS
Warning to Filipino Americans: you cannot travel to the Philippines using a U.S. passport or any foreign passport. We have Filipino clients who were turned away by Philippine Airlines (PAL) because they were using U.S. passports. The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has been ordered not to allow foreign nationals to enter the Philippines, although temporarily until further notice.
Filipino Americans with dual citizenship, must bring with them their Philippine passports to be allowed to fly. If a passenger does not have the Philippine passport, a certified copy of the Oath of Allegiance must be obtained from the Philippine Consulate where the oath was taken. There is a fee of 5 for the certified copy.
American spouses or children travelling with a Filipino American (with dual citizenship) are allowed to travel.
This is an important announcement to avoid inconvenience among many Filipino Americans from different states around the U.S., who have travelled to Los Angeles or San Francisco, only to find out they cannot board the plane.
Before you purchase an airline, ticket bound for the Philippines, ask the airlines first for requirements before you confirm your flights.

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

Review 1: hutch

This review raises a serious red flag. Hutch claims the site sells etravel cards months in advance, while the Philippine government only allows applications 72 hours prior. This discrepancy strongly suggests deceptive practices, as the site would be offering a service it cannot legitimately fulfill according to the stated regulations. The direct accusation of “SCAM” further underscores the negative experience and perceived fraudulent activity. The 1-star rating reinforces this negative assessment.

Review 2: Frank

Frank’s review echoes the concerns about shady business practices. The mention of “One health pass scheme” implies involvement in a possibly exploitative or misleading service related to travel requirements. The statement “they are using shady tactics to take traveler’s money” is a strong indictment of the site’s integrity. Frank’s distrust is palpable, stating he “will not trust them for any other matter.” This negative sentiment and accusation of unethical behavior significantly damage the site’s credibility. The 1-star rating confirms this negative experience.

Review 3: Fulvia Rubio

Fulvia Rubio’s review is different from the previous two. While it doesn’t explicitly accuse philippinesvisa.com of being a scam, it presents crucial information regarding travel requirements for Filipino Americans. This information highlights the complexities of traveling to the Philippines with dual citizenship. The review warns of potential issues with using U.S. passports and emphasizes the need for Philippine passports or certified copies of the Oath of Allegiance. Although the review’s content isn’t directly about the website’s fraudulent nature, it raises questions about whether philippinesvisa.com adequately informs its customers about these complex requirements. Failure to do so could lead to travelers being turned away, potentially contributing to a negative customer experience, although not necessarily proving a scam. The 5-star rating is unusual given the content, suggesting the user might be providing general travel advice rather than reviewing the specific site.

philippinesvisa.com likely scam
