Terrible service, lies & no refund after 9 months

Worst business I’ve ever dealt with. 9 months and still no refund.

I communicated with “Zahra” on WhatsApp. I was staying in another country and wanted to go back to Bali. This is in 2021:

* Feb 2 – I applied for Visa and paid

* She keeps saying “will open next week” so I keep rebooking airBnB – 2 times rebook.

* Feb 18: “She says You need to reschedule your flights. This already final”

I rebook airBnB again for 3rd time. I questioned if this is actually “final” cos I google translated her message from immigration and the words were “likely open”.

* Mar 9, her reply: “what you expect me to do? I said you to book because the immigration officer confident to said they can help process your application, this is what you want me to say? ..and you will blame me back even I told this”

It’s highly unprofessional because she should not have said “book your fights” when immigration only said “likely open” not “will open”. She did not accept responsibility for her bad judgement.

I wasted money rebooking AirBnB + multiple flights + time spent doing that and moving apartments.

* Mar 13 – After spending a lot of money rebooking airBnB and the hassle of moving 5 times, I asked for a refund. I could have saved all those airBnB rebooking fees and Uber for moving if she was just honest with me.

* Jul 1: I told her I checked statements properly and didn’t get refund. She said she’ll send me proof of payment.

* Nov 9: I asked if she can send me proof as it’s been 5 months since I asked. I still didn’t get.

* Nov 23: I emailed them and got someone else and that person told me I needed to send my statement in for them to start checking.

So she did not check the refund for me for 5 months.

It’s fine I have to send my statement in first but waiting 5 months to tell me that? Rather than say this early so I can get it resolved fast. Highly incompetent.

Dec 10: still no refund. They keep saying “need time” and that they are waiting for their bank to confirm.

They can just check they DID NOT withdrawal the money to send or it bounced back and then refund me and do their accounting another time.

So 9 months since first asking for refund and still no refund.

As you can see above, they can not be trusted. If you have been told you have received a refund, you need to check.

You are at risk by using their services to get your VISA. If anything goes wrong they will not refund you. They will lie and say they are not lying.

Their service is highly incompetent and unprofessional.
