When I logged in to check the status of my visa, it showed that the application process hadn’t been finished (5 out of 6 steps) and it said “payment pending” although I had paid and the money had left my account. This made me uncertain as to whether my application has been received at all and whether it’s being processed. I tried to cancel it and ask for a refund, but there was no refund. I gave up on the online visa application as there was no reassurance whether it’s going ahead and I had to get a visa on arrival in Thailand. I showed them the document that I’ve paid already, but I still had to pay a second time. Luckily it was quick and almost half the price I had paid on this website. Later I received an email from them to tell me my visa application has been rejected. Ha!
I’ve been to Thailand, I’m back home now, it’s been a month since and the website still says ” 5 out of 6 steps, payment pending”.
Terrible way to start my holiday in Thailand. Just awful waste of time and money.
