This website is a total SCAM
This website is a total SCAM. By mistake we truly regret, we submitted an e visitor subclass 651 application through this fake agency. Their business only costs Google Ads in order to appear in the first Google results page. As soon as they receive a new application, they cash 69€ instantly, then they go to Immi official page and paste the details you would have put on their webpage, as simple as this!
Should you have questions about anything do not expect any answer. Our mails were responded automatically by what it seems to be robots, while desperately intending the chat they will kick you out instantly as they would not respond to any query.
RESULT: we waited for days what should have been a couple of minutes from the Immi official web, and been ripped off 69€. The application was completely stuck. We just managed to get the Immi reference number by miracle after questioning the chat multiple times. Once we managed to retrieve the file from the official site we noticed the mail address used was their own invention, and they probably never bothered to confirm the mail, thus the file was stuck in the Immi system for ever!
We had to get a lawyer to unblock this nonsense situation, and delay the trip of 3 days and lose a great amount of money, without mentioning the amount of stress caused by this dead end situation.
AVOID ABSOLUTELY Never use this kind of agencies ever, ALWAYS use the OFFICIAL Australian web page Immi/gov/au

Misleading Website, Overpriced Service
Website is not associated in anyway with Australian Immigration but this is not made clear at all. Have received my eVisitor visa successfully but at a greatly increased charge of 69 USD vs the 20 AUD service on the official Australian immigration website. It is not at all obvious it is an independent agency and it is so easy to fill out and submit the application that before you have time to think too critically about it they’ve charged you almost seventy dollars.

This is an Agent service not Immigration Australia
Be aware this is NOT an Australian government website or affiliated company. They do not claim to be that but it is not very clear when you navigate their website. Their charges are expensive- they charged me USD69 and quoted 2 days turn around for a tourist visa that I could obtain for free from official Australian Immigration website within 10min of making my online application. I encourage to check the official government website before deciding to use this “agent” service. The official website is: immi homeaffairs gov au
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
Review 1 (nellie bordier): This review is strongly negative and alleges a scam. The reviewer describes accidentally using the website instead of the official government site for an eVisitor visa (subclass 651). They claim the website immediately charged €69, then simply copied the provided information to the official Immi (Australian Immigration) website. The reviewer states that communication was automated and unhelpful. They further allege that the email address used for the application was incorrect, causing delays and requiring legal intervention, costing them significant money and stress. The reviewer emphatically advises using the official Australian Immigration website (immi/gov/au). The review provides detailed information about the company, including its name (ONLINE TRAVEL EVISA S.L.), address, phone number, and director. The level of detail and the severity of the allegations strongly suggest a negative experience. The mention of a lawyer and lost travel days adds significant weight to the complaint.
Review 2 (Will Luscombe): This review is critical of the website’s lack of transparency and overpriced service. The reviewer acknowledges successfully receiving the eVisitor visa but at a significantly higher cost (69 USD) compared to the official Australian immigration website (20 AUD). They criticize the website for not clearly indicating its status as an independent agency, leading to inadvertent overpayment. The review highlights the ease of application as a factor contributing to the oversight. While the reviewer received the visa, the overall sentiment is negative due to the perceived misleading nature and excessive cost.
Review 3 (Denton Newman): This review echoes similar concerns about the website not being affiliated with the Australian government and charging high fees. The reviewer emphasizes that the site, while not explicitly claiming to be an official government entity, does not make its independent status clear enough. They highlight the significant price difference (USD 69 vs. free) and the much faster processing time offered by the official Australian Immigration website. The reviewer explicitly encourages users to check the official government website before using the “agent” service, further reinforcing the idea that the website is misleading and overpriced. They also provide the official website address.
