Der Internetauftritt von Travizory ist brillant. Der Service dagegen ist eine Katastrophe. So hat man mir bei einem Trip auf die Seychellen für einen Antigentest 87,50 € abgebucht, das durchführende Unternehmen Seychelles Medical jedoch nur 45 € in Rechnung gestellt. Die erste eMail-Anfrage zur Erklärung der Differenz wurde zunächst gar nicht beantwortet. Bei einer weiteren Anfrage verwies man auf Seychelles Medical, welche ja korrekt gehandelt hatten. Die weiteren Antworten führten dann gründlich ins Leere.
Ich hoffe für diese wunderschöne Inselgruppe, dass eine solche Arbeitsweise für das Land nicht zum Nachteil wird.
Ich werde nun über meine Hausbank die Differenz zurückfordern.
