Good service

The process was straightforward and well structured. However, it would be helpful to mention upfront that a high-quality scan or photo of the passport is required. I only realized this when I reached that step, which caused a delay while I searched for a way to scan it. Fortunately, everything worked great, and I was able to complete the process without issues.

Don’t ever use them ! SCAMMERS !!!

Don’t use them. They are complete scammers
They sold me a Visa I did not need.
The refund was accepted but they only paid a small amount. still remaining a refund of 33 US $ .
Criminals !!!! DONT EVER USE THEM
By the way , I have done the contact forms twice .
Come on 33US$ for admin .
I also feel that the postive Reviews here are fake .
Go to sitejabber and look at the reviews there .

Having the process not completed until two days before my travel was anxiety inducing.

Clear and we sequenced

The process was clear and well sequenced.
The specific requirements at the beginning should indicate a colored image file of the passport will be needed. I stumbled across that at the point it was needed and then had to find a scanner to create the file so it could be uploaded, all the while hoping the system wouldn’t time out.

It was good

It was good, but I could not choose the entry mode during filling the form. It automatically was prompting Land, and I go but Air, as majority is in Spanish, I did not know where else that could be amended.
I had to choose Land.
Except for that, submission was very easy.
Please kindly allow for that option to be more flexible

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

Review 1 (Marian Kozey): This review is very brief and positive. While simplicity isn’t inherently suspicious, the lack of detail makes it less convincing than a more elaborate review. It’s a generic positive statement, common to both legitimate and fabricated reviews. We can’t definitively say it’s fake, but it doesn’t offer much in the way of proof of genuine experience. It uses overly enthusiastic word “Thank Youuu” which is commonly used in fake reviews.

Review 2 (Clint Brakus): This review provides a good level of detail. The user mentions a specific issue (the need for a high-quality passport scan) and how they resolved it. This level of detail suggests a genuine experience with the service. The constructive criticism is a positive sign, as it shows the reviewer wasn’t simply trying to write a glowing review. Overall, this review feels more authentic.

Review 3 (Barbara Schmeler): Similar to the first review, this one is short and overwhelmingly positive. The phrases “super quick and easy to use” and “Everything went smoothly” are common in positive reviews, but without more specifics, it’s hard to gauge its authenticity. It lacks details, so it is difficult to judge the legitimacy of this review.

Review 4 (Wendy Ford): This review is extremely brief, offering very little information. The lack of detail and generic praise (“Everything worked out great”) makes it difficult to determine its authenticity. It could be genuine, but there’s nothing concrete to support that.

Review 5 (Paul): This review is another positive but generic review. It mentions “fast process and very easy to use,” which are positive attributes but not very specific. The smiley face adds a slight touch of personality, but overall, it’s not very informative and could easily be fabricated.

Review 6 (John palmer Preston): This review is more detailed and personalized, using the full name of the reviewer. The review emphasizes ease of use, clarity of requirements, and speed of replies, suggesting a positive and well-defined experience. The specific points made increases credibility.

Review 7 (DAVID): This review is extremely short and lacks any useful information. It simply states “Excellent as always.” This could suggest either a very satisfied, returning customer or a fake review designed to boost ratings. The lack of context makes it difficult to assess its validity.

Review 8 (isa umar): This review is very short and vague, stating “To get what you want in time.” It doesn’t provide any context or specific details about the service, making it difficult to determine its authenticity. It is also grammatically unsound.

Review 9 (Lisa): This review provides a bit more detail, mentioning the process was easy to follow and a quick response time of 72 hours. This is a somewhat specific timeframe, which adds a bit of credibility. The fact that the reviewer states them are a ‘happy traveler’ is a good sign as well.

Review 10 (Anja Schuhmann): This is a strongly negative review, accusing the company of being “complete scammers” and selling unnecessary visas. The reviewer also claims they were only partially refunded and refers to other negative reviews on Sitejabber, suggesting that the positive reviews may be fake. This review raises serious red flags. It offers very concrete issues encountered, which is very vital.

Review 11 (Executive Assistant): Similar to the previous short reviews, this one only says “Easy and quick service.” It lacks details, context, and any specific information, making it difficult to assess its validity. It is a very generic positive statement.

Review 12 (Summan): This review is brief but provides a little more information. It mentions the ease of applying online and the timely approval of the visa. The statement “Iam very impressed of the service” suggests a positive experience, but more details would be helpful.

Review 13 (FROOGH HASSAN AHMADI): This review emphasizes speed and clarity, stating “Very fast and smooth services. Online Process was very clear.” While positive, it lacks specific details. The phrases are somewhat generic, but the mention of a clear online process is slightly more helpful.

Review 14 (Robert Alexander McCallion): This review expresses anxiety about the process not being completed until two days before travel. This is a negative review with a specific complaint. While the user doesn’t explicitly call the service a scam, the anxiety described is a significant negative aspect of the experience. This sort of timing concern is more realistic and provides a concrete problem.

Review 15 (Richard O’Dea): Similar to another review, this one highlights a process issue – the lack of upfront information about needing a colored passport image. The detailed description of the problem and the solution makes the review seem genuine and helpful. The review also praises the overall process, indicating a mixed experience.

Review 16 (DANIEL/Cheong): This review is simple and positive, mentioning “Very informative guidelines to follow for submission.” While positive, it’s brief and lacks specific examples. It could be genuine, but it’s difficult to assess its authenticity due to the lack of detail.

Review 17 (Dwain Abbott): This review is short and positive, stating “Great experience, very intuitive.” The phrase “very intuitive” is somewhat specific, but the review is still quite brief and lacks concrete details.

Review 18 (Ananda Mangala): The review ‘Visa’ and ‘simple and quick’ is extremely concise and offers little substance. It’s difficult to determine the authenticity of such a short and generic statement.

Review 19 (Ms): This review is a mix of positive and negative feedback. The user notes the submission was easy but expresses frustration with the inability to choose the entry mode, which was automatically set to “Land.” This specific issue adds credibility to the review, as it demonstrates a real interaction with the form.

Review 20 (Valentina Collazuol): Extremely short “Good I happy”. Not helpful, could be a bot.
