If there was a zero stars option it…

If there was a zero stars option it would be chosen! I ordered the 24 hour passport option and was told a representative would call back but it was July 4th and they was closed. I called on 4/5 and was told no slots available for that service so i requested a refund. Came back from vacation and checked on refund via phone since none of my emails was responded to. Was told a refund request would be put in again. Called to check on it a week later and was told my card company wouldn’t except the refund hmmm and that I needed to file a dispute with my bank. I didn’t understand why but i did it as soon as i got off the phone. I explained everything to my bank and they had to do an investigation one month later my bank says you made the transaction. I said i know i did but that this company came back and said i didn’t cancel within 24 hours which was a lie! I was told i was eligible for a refund repeatedly until I call back again and was told I am now not eligible because I did a dispute against their company and made them look bad.WHAT? You told me to do the dispute. Then I spoke with Roddy whom stated stop calling because I’m not getting a refund and nothing is going to change. She was there when Sherris was talking to me previously and she stated you did a dispute and are not eligible because you really made our company look bad. The audacity of these “supervisors”. Also you have to put a request to even have a supervisor call you back which is absurd. Please be careful with this company it is an absolute nightmare dealing with people who gave disgusting attitudes. Also was told by Sherris that she reviewed the original phone conversation which was a lie because I told her if you are listening to it then you can hear your representative telling me to do the “charge back” and me telling her are you sure. She gave me attitude and stated I started a chargeback before I even requested a refund (NOT TRUE) I also offered to get all my dates and records from my card company to send them as proof but they didn’t want yo hear it. What a SCAM!

I was skeptical at first but turned out great!

This company works with an online portal. I had to upload and submit pictures of documents I prepared for my daughters’ passport renewal. This portal helps the company see and make sure I filled everything out correctly. When I uploaded and submitted documents and subsequent revisions I didn’t get a response back (for days!) which was frustrating. But then I learned: YOU HAVE TO NOTIFY YOUR CASE MANAGER EVERY TIME YOU UPLOAD DOCUMENTS AND REVISIONS. Do NOT wait for them to check your portal progress. Once I understood this, everything was done in a peep! I received my daughter’s passport before the date I had anticipated. Success!

I really appreciated the work of Joel. R and staff. He kept in touch and walked me through the process. They received my documents on Thursday and I received my passport the following Thursday, for my cruise which was 2 days later. Respect!!!

They are a real company, service depends on manager

They are a real company ( not accredited with BBB but a real company ) and can provide the services. It appears they have excellent case managers and poor case managers. Kevon G is a poor (not horrible) case manager so if you get him request another, ( Artificial intelligence would have been better, lol!). We did get the passport in time.

Expedited Visas and Passports helped make my international family trip happen! After a last minute realization that my passport had my maiden name on it, but flight tickets were booked in my married name, I reached out to have my passport updated and expedited. I reached out to them mid-day Monday, sent all my documents/paperwork in Monday late afternoon and by Saturday morning had my passport in hand, just in time for our international flight. Adria was so helpful and was truly a gem – she guided me through the whole process and answered dozens of questions I had while I was gathering my documents. She went above and beyond in helping me get my documents shipped off in time, despite our time difference (me being on the west coast versus the business operating on the east coast). I received notification and tracking information Friday for my shipped passport, such relief! I am so grateful for this company, they made my international family trip happen! I would highly recommend!

WORST SERVICE EVER and THEY KEPT 3/4’s…

WORST SERVICE EVER and THEY KEPT 3/4’s OF THE FEE AND THE SHIPPING FEE THAT I PAID BUT I COULDN’T USE BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT EMAIL THE SHIPPING LABEL… I emailed the completed forms and repeatedly received requests to revise a form/forms; always after 2 pm with no responses after 5 pm or on weekends. I submitted the final form Sunday afternoon and was told that once they received the final revision they would email the FedEx shipping label. I emailed Monday Morning requesting the FedEx label and at 2:44 pm requesting the label. My flight was late on Wednesday but no response until I received a cellphone call just before 7 pm on Monday; it was no longer possible to complete the renewal process. The day before my flight I was once again told that I had to provide revisions. This time I had to change the date of my flight and provide a different itinerary with a different date for my flight and now I had to revise the date on my passport renewal application DS-82. They refused to send the FedEx shipping label and would not respond to emails on the Monday two days before my flight until 6:44 pm when I couldn’t possibly get to FedEx after the “final revision” on the Monday two days before my flight. Tuesday the day before my flight I began receiving phone calls and emails first thing in the morning. It was obvious that it was not possible to renew my passport at that time; I had to cancel my flight or loose the money for the flight. I was told that I would receive a refund; I received less than 1/4 of the money I paid.

worst service on the planet………..lying scumbags who dont deliver expeditied service, just take the cash. snail mailed my passport request to govt. took 18 days for mail and still cant tell me when i’ll get it back $#^!#$#^^$##$

This is the 6 day and still no passsporr abd now it’s nit going to be deliver somewhere else and not to the house no call just emails sorry costumer service please try someone else lost $409 in plane tickets so far and so far they not refunded there money they say they would give back 100% but I will give update when this is over tic tock

I received someone else’s passport and birth certificate!

I used this company and received my passport as promised. However…..about a week later I got another Fed Ex envelope from them. It contained a passport and original birth certificate of someone else! If I were not a good person, I could have ruined this poor guy’s life. Stealing his identity or selling his information. You name it. When I contacted Expedited Passport, they asked if I could ship this guy’s stuff to him. They didn’t give any explanation and didn’t seem that concerned. They emailed a shipping label to me. I responded to the email stating how upset I was and worried that my personal information could have been compromised. The response I got was basically that there was a “mix up” in their shipping Dept and it was an isolated incident. I’m not so sure.

Kevon helped save my wife’s vovage

My wife did not realize she only had two empty pages left in her passport with only 12 days before leaving on an international voyage. We researched expedited services online and chose this company. We were promptly contacted by Kevon G who was simply excellent. The process was explained fully and the whole process went very smoothly. I had a different experience from what…

I had a different experience from what the reviews share. Thinking that the site was a faster renewal service online, I quickly realized I was mistaken and called the service less than an hour from purchase and talked to a guy (?Matt) who poorly explained what happened. I few days later I called back, this time talked to Kai, who explained very well the misunderstanding and offered an immediate refund.(Though he said there was no record of my previous call). Ten days later I called to follow up and Ariel explained it would be up to 21 days and partial refund. Ooofta. DEFINITELY keep a record of who you talk to during your process.

Highly recommend Expedited Passports &…

Highly recommend Expedited Passports & Visas. I was super stressed as my 16 year old son and I needed China visas in <6 days and I’d never done this before. Further, there were a lot of companies out there and I didn’t know who to trust. Kevon helped us through every step and was very friendly and helpful. Everything he told us, from how to fill out the visas to specifically what day we’d get our visas back via Fedex, was 100% accurate. Most important, he was accessible via phone when needed.

Best agency for quick passport

Agency is really great at what they do. Special thanks to Bridgette who helped me with everything. Kevon was outstanding

Kevon was outstanding. I needed a renewed passport delivered to my home within 48 hours and it was delivered to my home 2 days later by 9:00am which was earlier than the 10:30am expected delivery. This enabled me to join the rest of my family on a trip to Greece. I am grateful for the service and Kevon’s assistance throughout the process.
