Cash app uses this to deposit your money
Cash app used an account from this site to deposit my money into my account. I was worried but looked into it and It wasn’t a scam for me.

It´s a complete scam
It´s a complete scam, but they still send you an e-mail making you believe that the form was filled and provide you with a fake code. They just waste the time you have to go after your real application.

Trying to fill the DS160 form for the transiting visa but random security questions was asked which wasn’t the security questions I filled in initially. Due to this I could not retrieve my application. Had to do a new one 3times with the same outcome. Called in the Embassy the guy who answered the call took me to site that answered the query so I had to wait for the reply. The reply however took me back to the site where I was stuck initially. This needs to be fix as its affecting people who genuely applying for a transit visa to the USA

SCAM WEBSITE
SCAM WEBSITE. Some people do not even realise that they have been scammed because the charges are billed like official charges from the US government and the amounts are similar to what the US government charges. Some of the reviews here are paid and some of the reviews are from people who may not realise they have been scammed yet. Trust Pilot should remove the positive reviews immediately as they are encouraging lots of vulnerable people to lose their money. BE WARNED – USA-Visas = SCAM!

Avoid this deceptive scam website
Avoid this deceptive scam website. It masquerades as a government service and steals your money. The positive reviewed here are fake.

Thank you!
I really get surprised at their speed of support service via email. By this chance, I would like to send my big thanks to David, who replied to my message within 24 hours and took quick action on my request. I had thought that it was not easy to contact with USA Visas department because they might have a huge number of applications to assess. And I find out that viewpoint is wrong. Their reply that is clear, specific makes me very happy. I feel that their work is so professional to serve everyone over the world efficiently at the same time. Thanks again for your support.

SCAM!
Complete scam. I called my bank to report them and to the bank the charge looks like ‘CONSULTING – MARRIAGE, PERSONNEL’. I have no clue what that is but you are not paying for the actual MRV tax to make and appointment. I received exactly 2 emails from them to fill
in the DS 160 (it’s free on the gov website) that were apparently worth 199 USD.

TOTAL SCAM
They make the website looks like US official. I thought the 199 USD included the MRV fee, but not. I feel scammed. Please DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Do not use these bunch for your visa…
Do not use these bunch for your visa application. I was under the false impression that I was paying the fees that include the visa application of 199 dollars. Even filled in the forms too. Found out that all they did was copy and pasted your info into the official USA visa application site and asked you to pay 169dollars to get the visa yourselves. I reached out to them saying this isn’t the service I was aftering and demanded money back but they have since gone quiet. Avoid.
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
The reviews for usa-visas.com present a highly polarized and concerning picture. The initial description of the company states they provide visa application assistance, implying a service beyond simply directing users to official channels. However, the reviews paint a different story, showing both positive and negative experiences, which necessitate a closer look.
Review 1 (Jd): This review is unusual. The reviewer states that Cash App used an account from “this site” to deposit money, which seems unrelated to visa applications. While they say it “wasn’t a scam for me,” the context is unclear and doesn’t directly reflect on the visa services offered by usa-visas.com. This review is an outlier and offers little information on the core business.
Review 2 (Rodolfo Provenzano): This review is a strong negative indicator. The reviewer explicitly labels usa-visas.com as a “complete scam.” They claim the site sends an email to create the illusion that the form was completed, providing a “fake code.” The core of the complaint is that it wastes time that could be spent on the official application process. This review is very damming in that its suggests deliberate deception and lack of service.
Review 3 (anon): This is a concise but critical review. The user states “scam” and highlights that the website is “not government official website.” This is a crucial point because many scam visa services attempt to appear as official government channels to deceive users. The review confirms that the site is a third-party service, and that the user believes it is a scam.
Review 4 (lote atonio): This review details a frustrating technical issue encountered while attempting to fill out the DS160 form. The user encountered random security questions that prevented application retrieval, causing a significant delay. While the user doesn’t explicitly call the service a scam, they clearly describe a major system flaw that hindered their application process and caused frustration.
Review 5 (Lina El Zein): This review presents a positive experience. The reviewer praises the website for being responsive, providing helpful advice, and sending all necessary paperwork. They recommend the service for those overwhelmed with paperwork. However, given the overwhelming negative reviews, this review has to be taken with skepticism. It does not provide details that would lead you to believe that the service is any different than the government website.
Review 6 (Christopher Brown): This is another strong negative review, explicitly labeling the website a “SCAM WEBSITE.” The reviewer claims that some users may not realize they’ve been scammed because the charges resemble official government fees. They allege that positive reviews are paid and urge for their removal. The strong language and accusations of fraudulent behavior are alarming.
Review 7 (SolMelany): This review echoes the “scam” accusation and warns users to “avoid this deceptive scam website.” The reviewer asserts that the site masquerades as a government service and steals money, further claiming that positive reviews are fake.
Review 8 (Sun Kee Tsui): This review offers a positive experience, highlighting the support team’s helpfulness in resolving difficulties. It is vague and lacks specific details about the nature of the problem or how it was solved, making it hard to verify its authenticity.
Review 9 (Oana Craciun): This review is another vague positive testimonial, praising “Davis” for understanding the problem and providing solutions. It lacks specific details, raising questions about its authenticity, especially given the prevalence of negative reviews.
Reviews 10-14: These reviews are extremely short and lack substantial content. They provide no context or details. Reviews 10-12 are just the title of “USA Visas excellent”, “great…” and “Everyone can benefit from the Visa card…”, which are suspect. Reviews 13-14 are “Very helpful! You can contact with questions. AMAZING!” and “Thank you!”, so they don’t provide useful information about the service and may be inauthentic.
Review 15 (Harry Huy): This review is positive, praising the speed and clarity of the support service. It mentions a specific individual (“David”), which adds a touch of credibility. However, the overall sentiment is very enthusiastic and may be artificially positive.
Review 16 (Margarita): A positive review that is short and lacks detail. Just say that its is an expert service, which lacks of substantial content.
Review 17 (Om): This is a detailed negative review. The reviewer explicitly labels the site a “SCAM!” and reports it to their bank. They highlight that the charges appear as “CONSULTING – MARRIAGE, PERSONNEL,” which is unrelated to visa fees. They state that the $199 USD fee was for filling out the DS160 form, which is free on the government website. This review suggests the site is charging for readily available free services and misrepresenting the charges.
Review 18 (Selena): This review is concise and negative, stating that the service “Never helped me. Poor customer service.” It highlights a lack of assistance and unsatisfactory customer support.
Review 19 (Mort Richard): This review is neutral, expressing hope for improved services but providing no specific feedback or details. It is less useful than the other reviews.
Review 20 (Chester Wong): A highly critical review that labels the site as “TOTAL SCAM.” The reviewer felt deceived, believing the $199 USD fee included the MRV fee. The reviewer explicitly advises against using the website. This review is very damming in that its suggests deliberate deception.
Review 21 (J Man): The reviewer says, “Do not use these bunch for your visa application”. The reviewer explains that they were under the false impression that they were paying the visa application fees of $199. The info was copied and pasted into the official USA visa application site, then were asked to pay $169. This review is very damming in that its suggests deliberate deception and lack of service.
