Poor results
Poor results, no refund policy.
Avoid….

“No refund policy” = They know they are useless
They have a “no refund policy” – which tells you everything you need to know – they never intended it to be useful to anyone.
For the busy worker, experimenting with this app is costly. To do anything useful, you end up paying for a more advanced option, and then there are no reminders of the charge (unlike most apps your subscribe monthly to), so it’s very easy to get caught out and pay for an undesired subscription (It’s really not worth it – chat GPT and Canva basic offer more creativity and precision for free). To cancel a subscription you have to go back and forth between emails and log in codes and special uniquely generated links emailed to you – with large time lapses between. Meanwhile, to upgrade takes seconds.
It’s basically a trap, and they are openly hoping you haven’t got the time, organisation or attention to fine detail to notice you are still being charged.

A game-changer for internal and external training!
Visla has been a game-changer for creating internal and external training videos. With no background in marketing or video creation, I found it incredibly easy to use without any training. The AI tools are fantastic for generating video drafts from blogs, webpages, or ideas, saving me hours of work. Editing is simple, and the results look professional every time. Visla’s intuitive design and versatility make it perfect for anyone looking to create quality videos quickly and effortlessly. Highly recommend!

It is good as a basic service, price model feels more and more like a scam.
It is good as a basic service, however they are now moving to a microtransaction model that removes key features that were present before. Monthly payments renew at a calendar month and not based on purchase date. Your videos are on their servers so if you want access you are trapped and a lot of the video stock is pulled. Average service all around.

Visla billing, Subscription and Refund Policy is Questionnable
My experience with Visla has been disappointing, to say the least. The app itself is far from user-friendly, making navigation and basic usage unnecessarily cumbersome.
What’s more concerning is their billing and refund policy, which seems designed to exploit users. I found myself subscribed and billed for their Pro service without ever having placed an order for it. Getting a refund proved to be a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal, adding to my dissatisfaction with the company.
Given my experience, I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with Visla. The combination of an unfriendly app interface and questionable billing practices makes it hard to recommend this service to anyone. Based on my encounter, I will not be recommending Visla to others.

Subscription Scam
I was on a monthly subscription and out of nowhere they charged me for a full year without my permission, and ignored all my emails asking for help not even giving me a simple response. Stay away so you don’t get scammed like I did.

Almost laughable results
From the Chat GPT side and the preview I was shown, I was really confident I’d get something amazing from this tool but the result from Visla was comically wrong.
Example: “A handsome man” okay that’s a judgment call but this was NOT a handsome man “drives his convertible sports car” the car was not convertible and not a sports car drives through a traditional Cornish country road” it looked more like Nevada “dressed in a smart shirt adorned with the vibrant colors of the Gay Pride flag” he was wearing a lumberjack checked woollen shirt. I could go on but basically it turned the streets of Truro, Cornwall into what looked like Bangalore which really made me laugh. Basically it does not work at all or it needs to be fixed.

Well, not bad for AI at all…
Well, not bad for AI at all…
i used it for maybe three months when had my side job.
First, I liked the interface and smart design where you intuitively know where needed tool is
second, that free plan is something. it had totally closed my needs
However I am not ready to pay the full price for the usage
overall, great tool for design

Poor performance from the Software.
Signed up this morning. Uploaded a video which already exists on youtube to use the voice and video feature.
I used this video because I knew it worked and i wanted to use it to help understand the process better.
Sadly just made a 3rd attempt at uploading and adding voice over content with 667 words and for the 3rd time the generation process has stuck at 82%.
Tried it in both Chrome & Edge with zero success!!!
FYI Chrome stops at 82%
Edge stops at 85%
Spent over an hour on this now. Sorry but can’t endorse this product or use it so it’s back to evaluating Synthesia in more detail.

So in response to your reply. Immediately you go on the defence and accuse me of giving a false review.
Let me assure you, i’ve just this minute logged into my account and the videos I tried to utilise are still in the folders along with the welcome to visla video.
The fact that i explained where I was experiencing the problem, with both browsers and specific with the completion percentage should have surely shown you it was a genuine review………….

Review about Visla.com
This is a very good and Nice website.
I like this
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
Analysis of Company-Written Content: This isn’t a review in the traditional sense but a self-promotional piece by Visla. It highlights the platform’s purported strengths, such as its all-in-one functionality, ease of use, and focus on empowering video creators. The language is aspirational, aiming to convey Visla’s mission and value proposition. While informative about the company’s intentions, it lacks the objectivity of a customer review and should be considered marketing material rather than an unbiased assessment.
Analysis of Christelle C’s Review: This is a concise negative review. Christelle C. expresses dissatisfaction with the “poor results” obtained from Visla and points out the absence of a refund policy, advising others to “Avoid.” The brevity of the review offers little specific detail about the issues encountered, making it difficult to determine the nature of the problems. However, the strong negative sentiment and warning to avoid the service indicate a significant negative experience.
Analysis of Charlotte Godwin’s Review: Charlotte Godwin’s review is highly critical, focusing on the “no refund policy” as indicative of the company’s lack of confidence in its product. She argues that using the app for practical purposes quickly incurs costs for more advanced features. Godwin also criticizes the cancellation process as deliberately complicated and time-consuming compared to the ease of upgrading, suggesting a “trap” to keep users subscribed. The review offers a comparative analysis, stating that free alternatives like ChatGPT and Canva offer superior creativity and precision. It presents a strong case against Visla, alleging deceptive practices and poor value.
Analysis of Kristy Elsman’s Review: This is a positive review praising Visla for being a “game-changer” in creating training videos. Kristy Elsman emphasizes the platform’s ease of use, even without prior marketing or video creation experience. She highlights the AI tools as time-saving and effective for generating video drafts, and the editing process as simple. The review suggests that Visla produces professional-looking results and is suitable for anyone seeking to create quality videos quickly. It’s a strong endorsement based on personal experience and perceived efficiency.
Analysis of Mike Wilson’s Review: Mike Wilson acknowledges Visla’s utility as a basic service but expresses concerns about its pricing model, which he characterizes as increasingly resembling a “scam.” He notes the shift towards microtransactions and the removal of previously available key features. Wilson also points out that monthly payments are based on the calendar month rather than the purchase date. The review raises concerns about users being “trapped” due to their videos being stored on Visla’s servers and the removal of video stock, leading to an overall assessment of “average service.”
Analysis of Kofi’s Review: Kofi’s review highlights a negative experience with Visla, citing a non-user-friendly interface and questionable billing practices. The reviewer claims to have been subscribed and billed for the Pro service without placing an order. He describes the refund process as frustrating and time-consuming. Kofi strongly advises caution when dealing with Visla due to the combination of an unfriendly interface and questionable billing, ultimately recommending against using the service.
Analysis of Maxwell Schwarz’s Review: This review levels a serious accusation of a “Subscription Scam.” Maxwell Schwarz claims to have been charged for a full year’s subscription without permission after being on a monthly plan. The reviewer also states that their emails seeking assistance were ignored. This is a strong negative claim that directly alleges deceptive billing practices and lack of customer support.
Analysis of Mark Tindal’s Review: Mark Tindal’s review focuses on the poor and almost comical results produced by Visla. He provides a detailed example of the AI’s misinterpretation of a prompt, resulting in inaccurate and nonsensical video content. Tindal describes the discrepancies between the prompt and the generated video as laughable, concluding that the tool either doesn’t work at all or requires significant fixes.
Analysis of Carl Fenir’s Review: Carl Fenir’s review offers a more balanced perspective, rating Visla 4 out of 5 stars. He appreciates the platform’s interface, smart design, and the usefulness of the free plan for his needs. However, he is hesitant to pay the full price for the usage. Overall, he considers it a “great tool for design” but suggests it might be more suitable for occasional or limited use.
Analysis of Mark’s Review: Mark details a frustrating technical experience. He encountered issues uploading a video and adding voiceover content, with the generation process repeatedly stalling at around 82-85% in both Chrome and Edge browsers. This led him to abandon Visla and return to evaluating Synthesia. The subsequent edit reveals that the company responded defensively, accusing him of giving a false review, which he vehemently denies, providing details about the stalled videos still present in his account. This adds another negative aspect to the review.
Analysis of Ghulam Mustafa’s Review: This is a short, positive review. Ghulam Mustafa simply states that Visla is a “very good and Nice website” and expresses liking it. The review is brief and lacks specific details, making it difficult to assess the reasons for the positive sentiment. However, it does contribute a positive viewpoint to the overall assessment.
www.visla.us likely a scam based on billing and functionality issues
Note: The above statement is just my personal opinion, you should check carefully at the sources and make the right decision for yourself.
