Absolutely fuming
Absolutely fuming!
Exactly the same experience as the other people on here!
I thought this was the official site to get an ETA for $7 and yet you have charged me £66.57gbp!!! it did not show the price on the standard service just the additional costs for extras. I am very unhappy! This is a total scam! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! trouble is, it literally looks like the official one, even the web address and it say 24/7 support but you email them and it says they reply within 72 hours! There is no phone number to call them either.
I never write reviews but this company is one of the biggest scams going!!!
Within minutes of checking my bank to see how much they charged I contacted them to refund me. If I get a refund then I will change my review.
Sahar M
Do not use them! they are scam
Their ad put them first on google search. no fee is shown till you hit submit and they have charged 95$ without warning. The eTA is not even issued within 72 hours. I got the etA from Canadian Gov for 7S after. Still writing to them to refund me and no respond!
Maibrit Simonsen
Absolute scam
Scam! Unfortunately, it’s the first site to appear on google when searching for Canadian eTA and it appears legitimate. They charged me 89$ for an eTA, when it’s only 7$ when applying directly through the Canadian government. I asked for a refund immediately but got no answer from them for a week until I got my bank do give me a chargeback through my card.
batallaej
It’s absolute SCAM
It’s absolute SCAM. But the real problem is that when you search “ETA Canada” at google, the site is placed in the first place!!!. So, who is SCAMing? Google or this site?

CANADIAN ETA SCAMMERS!!!!!!
Please search before applying for a Canadian ETA. They did not even specify their charges. You only realize you’ve lost 75 USD for nothing after hitting the submit button. Their automated call repeatedly says all agents are busy and asks you to leave a voicemail. I emailed twice but received no reply.
Rebecca
Avoid at All Costs!!!
I used this website to apply for a Canadian eTA and ended up paying €114, even though the official Canadian government charges only 7 CAD. The site added extra fees, including for things like “priority processing,” even though the government issues eTAs almost instantly.
In my experience, the pricing was not clearly shown upfront, and the way the checkout process is structured can easily mislead users into thinking they’re on an official site or that these services are required.

SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS, THEY DO NOT CLEARLY STATE HOW MUCH YOU WILL BE CHARGED, AND DO NOT GIVE YOU AN INVOICE/RECEIPT AS WELL. THIS IS A SCAM. THEY CHARGE EXTORTIONATE AMOUNTS FOR SOMETHING SO CHEAP.
Michele de Permentier
SCAM
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM and rip off. Aud$155 for a CAD $7 Canadian Visa application which they have yet to acknowledge they have received. Disgusting and so low to rip off people who cannot afford it.

Very Deceptive Website!
Very deceptive website!
For a first timer you are deceived into thinking it’s the official Canadian website and they charge $89 against the official $7.
Trying to get my refund now. I hope they do the honorable thing as I already got the authorization I need from the official Canadian website.
Owen
Avoid this company use the Canadian Government Site!
Avoid – scam. Deliberately mimic official Canadian site and charge £100 for a service that’s £4 from the actual government. They show up as sponsored link and mirror gov site – so people will click on them by mistake.
Sofía Ramos
Scam
Scam, they act as the official website while charging you ten times the visa price.
Simona
It costs USD 95 instead of CAD 7 !
They are a private agency that collects money without transparency. For a CAD 7 visa, they charge USD 95!!! Be careful!!
