Bad service and unresponsive
Bad service.
They suddenly go unresponsive.
Then when they finally answer my email, they tell me that all is done, they just need to upload and they will send visa in few days.
And then nothing and again unresponsive.
Never received the visa, had to pay again at another company.
Update on 24th Feb. After posting a 1 star review, I got a response. I received the Visa approval letter today.
I also received what I read as a threat, “That thing” being he wanted me to delete the review before sending the visa approval letter.
“If you don’t do that thing we will have suitable method for this case.”
Don´t use.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. Exorbitant prices and they will try to get you to use urgent services when not needed.
Can get visa to Vietnam much quicker and cheaper!

We are grateful for their help.
We were in a tight spot needing a Vietnam visa urgently, and faced a problem. But this agent made sure to keep us updated and helped us make the necessary changes. At first, we were worried that a delay could lead to us having to cancel our flight, but because of their hard work, our application was fast-tracked despite the challenges. We are incredibly thankful for their assistance.

Very Good Service
I recently had the opportunity to use the visa service provided by visaonlinevietnam.com, and I must say that I am extremely impressed. I would gladly give it a 5-star review.
The visa process was incredibly swift and efficient. I received my visa approval letter within a very short period of time, which was a pleasant surprise. The speed at which they handled the application and provided the necessary documents truly exceeded my expectations.
Not only was the service quick, but the quality was outstanding as well. I had all the necessary information and instructions on how to proceed with my visa application. Their team was also available to answer any questions or concerns I had along the way, which made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.

Got charged 300 USD extra to get my visa on time. Friend who applied 2 days later got it on time without the extra charge. Avoid this service as there better ones that don’t rip you off.

Scammers!! Beware! They exploit people in emergecy situations!
Scammers!!! If you’re needing an emergency visa they will quote you once price & then, after you’ve used up most your time, demand more! I refused to pay more & they still billed my credit card!! I had to dispute the charge to get my money back. My card later got a fake charge from another travel company I never heard of. Couldn’t prove it was visaonlinevietnam, but very suspicious . . .

Vietnam Visa without a hitch
Got my Visa on Arrival via visaonlinevietnam and it worked very well.
Have to share that I went to Vietnam a year ago and wasn’t aware that I need to organize my visa prior to arrival. Was a nightmare and I almost got sent back. Ended up paying some runners at Ho Chih Minh Airport USD60 to get into the country and wasted 3+ hours at the airport!
This time I organized it online, paid my dues of USD18, got all the paperwork within a few days via email, arrived at the airport and had my visa in my passport in less than 10min. Immigration charges you another USD25 in cash on the spot for this.
Will us them again.
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
Review 1: Mikkel Lykke Nielsen
This review highlights a significant issue: unresponsiveness. The user reports initially experiencing delays and a lack of communication after payment. While the user did eventually receive the visa after posting a negative review, the alleged threat to remove the review in exchange for the visa is a major red flag. This suggests unethical business practices and potentially coercive behavior. The experience described paints a picture of a company that may prioritize damage control over consistent and reliable service.
Review 2: David Rothstein
This review points to potential price gouging and upselling of unnecessary services. The user claims the company charges exorbitant prices and pressures customers to use urgent services when they aren’t required. This indicates a possible lack of transparency and an attempt to exploit customers, potentially misleading them for financial gain. The suggestion that visas can be obtained cheaper and faster elsewhere further damages the company’s reputation.
Review 3: Tabalo Tin du Lịch
This review offers a positive perspective, highlighting the company’s ability to resolve an urgent visa issue. The customer expresses gratitude for the agent’s responsiveness and problem-solving skills. While positive, it’s important to consider the context of other reviews, especially those alleging scams or overcharging. It’s possible this user had a genuinely good experience, or that this review is not entirely representative of the typical customer experience.
Review 4: MOHAMMAD ADEL KHADER JAFARI
This is another positive review, praising the speed, efficiency, and quality of the visa service. The user mentions receiving the visa approval letter quickly and finding the team helpful and informative. This positive feedback contrasts with the negative reviews, creating a mixed picture of the company’s service quality. It is important to consider that experiences can vary, and some customers may genuinely have a positive interaction. However, given the pattern of negative reviews, it’s reasonable to remain cautious.
Review 5: Volkert Geertsen
This review details a direct accusation of being charged an extra $300 to expedite a visa, while another person applying later did not. This is a serious allegation of inconsistent pricing and potentially exploiting customers who are in a time-sensitive situation. This further supports the claim of unethical behavior and potentially overcharging.
Review 6: Travel Cat
This review is a strong accusation of scamming, particularly targeting individuals in emergency situations. The user alleges the company initially quoted one price and then demanded more after time had passed. The fact that the user’s credit card was billed even after refusing to pay the increased amount, and that the card later had a fraudulent charge from a different travel company, raises serious concerns about the company’s security practices and honesty. This review points to potential financial fraud and deceptive business tactics.
Review 7: Miroslaw Przybysz
This review is an apology and retraction of a previous negative comment. The user admits to misunderstanding the nature of the service (visa on arrival) and apologizes for the initial bad review. This highlights the importance of understanding the service being offered before leaving a review. While this retraction is positive, it doesn’t negate the other negative reviews.
Review 8: Martin Ritter
This review presents a positive experience with the visa on arrival service, highlighting its efficiency and convenience. The user shares a past negative experience with obtaining a visa at the airport and contrasts it with the smooth process they had using visaonlinevietnam. This positive account supports the idea that the service can work well for some customers, but it doesn’t address the core issues raised in the scam accusations and claims of overcharging.
visaonlinevietnam.com likely a scam.
