A complete scam

A complete scam. Take your money, send you fraudlent tickets suggesting you to check booking confirmation on a fraudlent website of Kirgiz airlines which are not anyhow connected to your flight. Afterwards, they ignore you both in Telegram and email. I beg you, do not trust the positive reviews on this website, they are made by accounts with only 1 review of this scam website.

Definitely a fraudulent site

Definitely a fraudulent site. I have asked their support service many times via email and via a telegram bot – no one has ever answered me. I do not recommend risking your money by sending it to someone unknown and for some unknown reason.

Fake booking

Order: 112346
I paid for “Airsurfer Max” and got nothing. Only fake booking that never find. “Airsurfer Max” is the most expensive.
AirSurfer Support doesn’t work.
You can’t find any tickets at official aeroflot or turkishairlines. We’ve called at the air companies and they can’t find our tickets. Scammer site.

I recently used AirSurfer for my travel arrangements, and I must say, they made my entire journey an incredible experience! scam

Unfortunately, the flight by AirSurfer was not accepted by Hungarian consulate, which is not a surprise as flight reservation was not seen by any booking system except ancient website of Air Manas.
Please notice that I purchased the most expensive tariff which declares that tickets are actually bought not just reserved, which appeared to be a scam.

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

The first review is written by the company itself. This is promotional content and cannot be considered an unbiased review. It simply states the company’s mission to provide secure and trustworthy travel adventures. It lacks specific details or evidence to support its claims. This kind of content is standard for company websites but holds little weight in determining actual credibility.

The second review from Yulia Romanenko gives a 5-star rating and states the site is simple, booking was done in minutes, dates matched, and the visa was approved. It claims “no deception.” This review is short and positive but lacks specific details about the booking process or any unique identifiers that would make it more trustworthy. The simplicity and lack of details make it slightly suspicious. The Russian text suggests the service might be targeted towards Russian-speaking customers.

The third review from jenny R also gives a 5-star rating. They mention being impressed with how the reservation looked official and that they obtained their visa without issues. Like the previous review, it’s positive and straightforward, but also lacks specifics beyond a general feeling of satisfaction. The lack of detail makes it less credible than a review with specific examples.

The fourth review from Yulia Romanenko is a duplicate of the second review. The repetition raises concerns about the authenticity of the reviews, as it could be a tactic to inflate positive feedback.

The fifth review from Anastasia G. gives a 5-star rating and mentions using the service for a visa reservation and not an actual ticket. They state AirSurfer sent the reservation quickly, it looked legit, and was accepted. This review is more specific than the previous ones in that it clarifies the purpose of the service is for visa reservations and not actual flight tickets. It adds a layer of credibility, although still brief.

The sixth review from Arkday P. gives a 5-star rating and expresses initial doubt, but confirms the service worked. They indicate the booking looked real, the embassy accepted it, and it was cheaper than buying a full ticket. The willingness to use the service again is expressed. This review is slightly more helpful because it acknowledges an initial skepticism which is more natural and relatable.

The seventh review from Alex is another duplicate stating “Сайт простой” (the site is simple) with the same details as the previous Yulia Romanenko reviews. This further reinforces concerns about the legitimacy of the positive reviews.

The eighth review from Глеб Андреевич is a 1-star review, calling the service a “complete scam.” The reviewer describes being sent fraudulent tickets and directs users to check confirmation on a fraudulent website. The reviewer alleges that the company ignores inquiries and claims the positive reviews are fake, made by accounts with only one review of this website. This review is highly critical and provides specific details about the alleged scam, including the mention of a fraudulent website linked to Kirgiz airlines, which adds weight to the negative claim. This review raises serious red flags.

The ninth review from Sarah gives a 5-star rating and states they needed a flight reservation without buying a ticket, and AirSurfer delivered. The embassy accepted it. Again, it is short and positive, similar to other positive reviews, and supports the idea that the service is used for visa applications, but still lacks some detail.

The tenth review from Michael gives a 5-star rating and echoes the need for a flight reservation for a visa without buying an actual ticket. AirSurfer sent a real-looking reservation quickly and the embassy accepted it. This follows the same pattern as the other positive reviews, emphasizing the specific use-case for visa applications.

The eleventh review from Olga Melnik gives a 1-star rating and alleges the site is fraudulent. They claim that support is unresponsive via both email and Telegram. This negative review highlights a critical problem: lack of support, which is a common red flag for scams.

The twelfth review from Andrey Neten gives a 1-star rating and claims they received a fake booking despite paying for “Airsurfer Max”. They claim support doesn’t work, no tickets can be found with the airline, and the reviewer has called the airlines. This negative review goes into significant detail, mentioning a specific order number, the “Airsurfer Max” package, the inability to verify the booking with airlines, and lack of support, significantly increasing the credibility of the negative claim.

The thirteenth review from Alex gives a 1-star rating and describes the site as a scam and reports lost money. They claim to have not received an email or confirmation, and states that support is unresponsive. It is similar to the other negative reviews complaining about a lack of support.

The fourteenth review from flash press gives a 1-star rating and calls the service scammers. They state that no actual services are provided, no tickets are booked, they send a fake document, and the booking number cannot be verified. This further corroborates claims of fake documents and unverifiable bookings, supporting the scam allegations.

The fifteenth review from Albert Shigaev gives a 1-star rating and claims the service is fake and that it would be better to do it on photoshop. Very short and direct negative comment.

The sixteenth review from Augusting Calhoun gives a 5-star rating and thanks the company for their reminders and updates, and states that they received their Australian government approval in about 30 minutes. It is very detailed and speaks of the service that was provided during the application process. This contrasts sharply with the negative reviews that claim the service is fake.

The seventeenth review from Kathie Lee gives a 5-star rating and states that the company booked their visa on time and handled all travel requirements with ease, and even booked them a hotel. This is very similar to the other positive reviews, and speaks to the specific service that the company provides.

The eighteenth review from Alanna Mueller gives a 5-star rating and claims the company made their journey an incredible experience, and that the entire process was handled with care. It emphasizes how easy the visa booking was. It sounds similar to other positive reviews.

The nineteenth review from Daniya Khafisova gives a 1-star rating and says it is a scam. States that the flight was not accepted and that the airline was not seen by any booking system except Air Manas. They purchased the “most expensive tariff” and tickets were not actually bought. It contains specific information regarding the purchase and the airline involved.

The twentieth review from Kamila Rich gives a 5-star rating and says that the company found a flight that fit their needs. It states that the website was straightforward. It reads similar to other positive reviews.

The twenty-first review from Dua Malik gives a 5-star rating. It is unrelated to travel and is nonsensical. “I can you help cooking master And education metric And steching master”. This is evidence of likely fake review.

AirSurfer.co likely a scam
