The services provided included my application, travel insurance as well as securing my appoinment. You ensured that all information was provided as to what to take to the appoinment and continued to be available for any questions I had during and after the services had been rendered. David went above this as I encountered a hiccup when my work commitments required me to change the date of the visa appointment an once again David alleviated my fears by making sure I was able to obtain an alternative date.
