A visa vendor charged me for 2 products…

A visa vendor charged me for 2 products that I ordered, however only delivered one of the two items. UPS took a photo that clearly only shows a single box was delivered. I created a Visa dispute through CIBC Visa. Visa.ca ruled in favour of the vendor. If they had checked the size of the box or weight of the box or checked with UPS. They would have clearly found that the box could not have contained multiple items. Therefore, letting the vendor steal $$ by not delivering the goods I paid for. Very poor experience and do not trust visa disputes. I have had 0 disputes in my over 50 years with Visa.

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

Review 1 (stevejohnknipe): This review details a negative experience with a vendor and the Visa dispute process. The customer claims they were charged for two items but only received one, supported by UPS delivery evidence. The core complaint isn’t about Visa.ca itself being fraudulent, but rather about the perceived failure of Visa’s dispute resolution process to adequately investigate the claim. The reviewer highlights specific areas where they believe Visa’s investigation fell short, like not verifying the box size or weight with UPS. The emotional tone reflects frustration and a loss of trust in the dispute process, especially given the reviewer’s long history with Visa and lack of prior dispute experience. This suggests a genuine, albeit possibly biased, account of a frustrating transaction. While the review does not accuse Visa.ca of being a scam website, it criticizes their customer protection policies when used to handle disputes with other merchants.

visa.ca likely legit
