China’s rapid opening up in recent years, amid the ongoing globalization process, has led to a remarkable increase in people-to-people exchanges with other countries, creating a great demand for Chinese visas.
Chinese Embassies and Consulates-General have been working hard to improve the quality of their visa services; however, with limited staff and available space, many have become overwhelmed by the increasing number of visa applications.
In recent years, many countries facing such problems have chosen to introduce the Visa Application Service Centre system offering a wider range of more efficient services to applicants; Chinese Embassies and Consulates-General handling a large number of visa applications in certain key countries decided to follow this trend.
Up to now, dozens of Chinese Visa Application Service Centres have been established throughout Europe, Asia, Oceania, and North America to provide quality Chinese visa services.

SCAM!!
SCAM!!! This Company made us pay for the visa and also for the Arrival Cards. We found out after from the nearest embassy that there is no online solution for a Singapore E-Visa. The problem is that they answered on Watsapp and said to wait, and we almost lost a 3500$ Holiday because of this. We got help from the Singapore Embassy and we got the visa 2 days before departure. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!

Waste of time
Waste of time, while the rest of this city is so efficiently built, how come your visa services are just a pain and endless waiting?

SCAM
This company uses designs of pages very similar to those of the official pages to deceive people. In small letters they hide information that is not complete anyway. The services they offer many times are not necessary and still charge for them.

They were almost perfect
They were almost perfect. I went through them for my Chinese visa and got it about two or three weeks later. The visa being so late wasn’t really their fault since I sent it right before Chinese New Year. I sent my documents with an invitation and everything went smoothly. It’s really important to have ALL the correct documents when applying for the visa. The one thing visa express is really bad at is customer service. I emailed them twice and got no response so I had to call and they didn’t seem to happy to answer my questions. Other than that, they did what I paid them to do so can’t really complain.

This is a SCAM company the ESTA process costs 14 euros direct and is instant – they are just scamming those by paying for their search to be first. DO NOT USE

This company is a total con
This company is a total con. I typed ESTA into my search engine and this site came up at the top I assumed it was the actual ESTA site.
IT IS NOT THE ESTA SITE
They charged my $89.00 for a ESTA which costs $14, there is no added value at all, the forms look identical.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE USE THE OFFICIAL ESTA SITE

The bad reviews scared me
The bad reviews scared me, but having little time and other sites with just as bad reviews, i decided to go with visaexpress.net for my Chinese visa.
The check list on what i needed and how it should be filled out was helpful. Im going to china on the 1st of april, and i mailed everything in on march 15th, got my chinese visa back in the mail on march 22nd.
Was very surprised with the speed.
I think all the bad reviews, are just people who didn’t follow the directions well enough, or were possibly just rude to the staff. I called about the progress on my visa one time, and they were nice and polite over the phone.
I included the invitation letter sent to me from my friends in china, and i included a detailed itinerary with dates, times, cities and provinces that i will be in. I pretty much gave them every document suggested, even though they only said i needed one of them.
All together it was like 300 dollars, not bad at all.

Used their service for China travel…
Used their service for China travel visa and it was just terrible. Payed 240 dollars total for the service and the associate was very rude and did not explain all the necessary documents that was required. Ended up Fedexing over just to get a call the next day that I will have to go to the consulate in person. Complete scam.the Associate had multiple opportunities to inform me that they would not be able to accommodate my request, but instead they took the money and ran. Best part is after they Fedex mine passports and other documents back I get a letter from a credit collector for a Fedex payment that I owe for their shipment of my documents back to me. The level of incompetence and disrespect is amazing. So not only did they steal my money they are also attempting to ruin my credit. The absolute worse company i have ever dealt with. Will be filing complaint with FTC and BBB. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

This company accepts no responsibility …
This company accepts no responsibility for any of its failures. We paid for 3 day turn around and was assured that the passport had been processed and all was fine. However, the morons that work at the agency in Houston couldn’t manage to properly place these passports in the FedEx drop box. In fact, they couldn’t take the time to hand deliver the packages to a FedEx location. They were also not aware of their error until customers started calling them asking about the whereabouts of their packages. I would not recommend using this company in the future.

Terrible!
I applied for 2 business visa for China the week before Christmas and to have the passports with visas back by the end of the year. Paid for 5 day turn around service.
On the 27th in the afternoon I get a call from Kim Ross, and she says she can only get me visas the 6th of January unless I pay extra and upgrade more, they are closed. Holidays.
When I, confused and alarmed because why was I not informed before Christmas, I am running out of time, ask who is closed for the holidays (we did that 5 times over) and how long she just wouldn’t give me an answer, just be irritated and saying “closed for holidays”. Finally I asked her if she thought I was stupid, why won’t she give me an exact answer, and she hung up. I called back twice, she did not answer, instead sent an email she wouldn’t give us visas, canceled our order and shipped our documents back.
Self righteous, pompous, rude and impolite.

Great service.
The representative was extremely helpful. She sent me instructions that were easy to follow and understand. I received my China visa on time and that was awesome, because I am due to travel shortly. I would definitely recommend Donna. She informed me of every step I had to take and it was fast and easy to complete my application. I would also highly recommend the services she provided, especially if you are in a crunch for time and you need things done fast and accurate, you will not have to worry and you will get your documents on time. Special thanks to her. Very happy customer!

helpful, calm, patient, and professional.
We are very satisfied with this company. We realized at the last minute that our passports was no longer valid. It was too late to get an emergency appointment in time on our own. Visa Express helped us fill out the appropriate paper work, explained how to do everything, and took care of everything for us. We received the passport with a few days to spare even with the July 4th holiday in between. They sent us telephone voice messages and emails letting us know that they had received our paper work and then letting us know that the passport was on its way after it had been issued. Nury was our representative, and she was very helpful, calm, patient, and professional.
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
Review 1 (Rares Petru Solomon): This review is a strong negative, rating the company as a scam. The reviewer claims they were charged for both the visa and arrival cards, and after contacting the Singapore Embassy, found that online e-visas weren’t available. The reviewer also expresses frustration with the company’s slow communication and almost missing a holiday due to the delay. The strong language (“SCAM!!!”, “BE VERY CAREFUL!!!”) and specific details about the alleged fraudulent charges raise a significant red flag. It is specific and detailed, lending it credibility, though it only reflects one person’s experience.
Review 2 (Jules): This is a short, negative review, rating the visa service poorly. The reviewer complains about the inefficiency and endless waiting. While concise, it lacks specific details about the service experience. It expresses frustration but doesn’t mention any potential scam. The lack of specifics makes it less impactful than reviews with more details.
Review 3 (Yuma More): This is another negative review, labeling the company a scam. The reviewer claims the company uses similar page designs to official sites to deceive people and charges for unnecessary services. The review provides slightly more details about deceptive practices. This is a strong accusation that would significantly impact the perceived credibility of the visa service.
Review 4 (Michael J Kinsley): This review is positive, indicating satisfaction with the service. The reviewer acknowledges the cost but emphasizes that it saved multiple trips. The reviewer specifically mentions the assistance of “Christine” in handling problems quickly. It’s concise but focuses on the positive outcome and personal assistance received. It gives the impression of a satisfied customer.
Review 5 (Daniel Duval): This review is mostly positive, rating the service with four stars. The reviewer received their Chinese visa, although it was delayed due to the Chinese New Year. The main criticism is the poor customer service (lack of email response, unhappy phone support). Despite the customer service issue, the reviewer acknowledges that the company fulfilled its core function.
Review 6 (Nbf): This is a very negative review, calling the company a “complete rip off” and a “scam company.” The reviewer claims the company does nothing and charges excessive costs, asserting they are not official. The reviewer advises applying for visas directly through official websites. The strong language and clear warning make it a significant negative indicator.
Review 7 (Peter Mitchell): This review focuses on the inflated price for ESTA applications. The reviewer points out the significant price difference between using the company and applying directly. This strong accusation, focusing on price gouging, suggests potentially deceptive business practices.
Review 8 (David Harris): This review echoes the sentiment of Review 7, detailing a similar experience with an ESTA application. The reviewer believed they were on the official ESTA site due to search engine placement but was charged significantly more. The reviewer strongly advises using the official ESTA site. The details and direct warning add credibility to the claim of deceptive practices.
Review 9 (Jayne): This is a short and very negative review, accusing the company of being “con artists” who charge 5 times the correct price. While succinct, it lacks specific details, making it less impactful than other negative reviews with more information.
Review 10 (Bee Quuu): This review is positive, contrasting with the negative ones. The reviewer was initially scared by the bad reviews but had a positive experience with their Chinese visa application. They praise the checklist, speed of service, and politeness of the staff. The reviewer attributes negative reviews to users not following directions or being rude. This review provides a counterpoint to the scam accusations.
Review 11 (wayne): This is a very negative review, describing a terrible experience with a China travel visa. The reviewer accuses the associate of being rude, not explaining required documents, and taking money without providing the necessary service. The additional issue of a credit collector for return shipment fees adds to the negative impression. The reviewer plans to file complaints with the FTC and BBB.
Review 12 (DMiot): This negative review criticizes the company for failing to deliver on a promised 3-day turnaround and for mishandling passport delivery. The reviewer attributes the issue to incompetent employees and a lack of responsibility. The specific details of the passport mishap makes the negative account believable.
Review 13 (Sylvie Hannuscheck): This negative review describes a problematic experience attempting to secure a business visa for China. The reviewer paid for expedited service and experienced last-minute issues and a customer service representative that was rude and unhelpful.
Review 14 (chchina we): This negative review describes the service as useless because the company kept the passport for 3 days without updates and only looked at the documents after two phone calls.
Review 15 (DD): This positive review praises the helpful representative that provided easy-to-follow instructions. The reviewer received the China visa on time.
Review 16 (Elizabeth Minaker): This is a brief and positive review, simply saying “great guys. recommended.” The review is short and lacks details, so the credibility is low.
Review 17 (Terry Cobb): This is a positive review that commends the helpful, calm, patient, and professional service. The reviewer was aided in an emergency passport situation and received a new passport with days to spare, despite a holiday.
