Get ready to deal with pure…
Get ready to deal with pure incompetence and stupidity. This organization is an absolute joke. I paid for a 1 DAY URGENT EVISA and they cannot handle basic instructions and are requesting additional non-sense information after paying which they already have. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. USE A DIFFERENT VISA SERVICE for VIETNAM.

All good
All good!
I needed a Last minute Visa on Arrival invitation. I booked 2 hours Service with fasttrack support at flight departure gate beeing quite worried.
The alternative solution German embassy said no chance in less than 7 days so that was not helpful.
I received the Ticket 3 hours after payment and After landing an agent was waiting taking our passports. At 7am the whole process took 10 minutes.

Won’t use them again
I’ve ordered an urgent service, which should have taken one day. One day passed – I heard nothing, had to chase them to finally get my visa letter (couldn’t find a number on their website, had to communicate via emails). They have also refused to provide any refund. Although it says “recommended by lonely planet”, next time I will choose other agent. They also charge above market average, just waste of money.

Recent bad experience with the Vietnam…
Recent bad experience with the Vietnam Visa Center. They provided an approval letter quickly and it was accurate (hence two stars instead of zero). But I also paid for the agent pickup service in Hanoi on Sept. 8, 2019 and no one showed up. It took an over an hour to get through the Visa line late at night. When I returned to US, I emailed them 3 times and they haven’t responded back.

Good
Hi
Okay I’m a bit tipsy so I hope I’m writing the right review for the right company. I went to vietnamvisa-center.org . I think this is it.
So I missed my flight because they didn’t let me on as I didn’t have a visa… Dang!
I needed to go to Vietnam! Whoops… Will everyone make fun of me for missing my flight? Will they mock me? Maybe who knows.
I went to this site. Let’s get a visa. It’s like $60 and they promise to do it in 4 business hours. Sounds good. I booked it and paid.
They send a confirmation email with the details… I screwed up… I wrote Austrian on the form Instead of Australian… I need to get it changed.
I email the help line… They email me back saying they will sort it.
Four hours and 21 minutes later, there is my visa letter in my inbox! It says “Australian”!!!
Thank wow. What a service.
I book my new flight for tomorrow. I only miss two days in Vietnam. No one will make fun of me. No one will mock me for my mistake. The visa centre has saved the day!

These guys are awesome
These guys are awesome. Dont trust anyone else. Literally got me my visa in less than 24 hour and otherwise would have had big problems on my asia trip. Thanks a lot guys!

Great service
Had no issues using this service. They responded to my emails when I contacted them. I did the one day service, had the letter at 6pm. Very helpful link in the email to all the forms that needed to be completed at the airport. Advice I would give, make sure you have enough US$’s and your passport photos before arriving in Vietnam. Prepare for a lot of queuing, so if you have a connecting flight give yourself plenty of time.
Would recommend this service

This will ruin your trip to Vietnam if you are American
The website quoted me that it would cost $25 for the letter within ONE business day and $25 at the airport for the stamp. After I had to contact them TWO business days later, they told me I needed to pay them $20 more because the policy for Americans had changed. AFTER paying them the extra $20, they told me it was now going to cost me $135 at the airport. This was such a price hike, I could no longer afford to go on my trip and they REFUSED to refund my money in spite of their claims on their website to have NO HIDDEN FEES and a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. Know before you go. Don’t get screwed over like me.

Lovely service.
I had nice holiday in Vietnam with your support. I forgot to obtain visa when check-in at airport in BKK, but your company saved our holiday with fast service. Everything was going on smoothly. I will recommend your company to my friends. Thanks for all your help.

Vietnam Visa Center saved our holiday.
We did not realise a visa was required for vietnam until we tried to check into our flight. We found Vietnam visa center on internet, paid our money and we were able to board our existing flight. We were then met at the airport in Vietnam by a visa center staff member who skipped lines and sorted out our visa’s in no time. For such a stressful situation, Vietnam visa center made it run smoothly!

Quick, great service
The visa invitation letter was provided quickly, even before the time range mentioned in the confirmation email. Helpful notes on what to have ready were received as well.
Great service, thanks a lot.

Had some problems getting the photos to be sent but otherwise all pretty straightforward to get our names onto “The List”.
We had paid our money to get what I thought were our visas when I saw my name, Lewis Alexander Cross, and my wife’s name, Barbara Anne Wearing, on the official looking printed list. We arrived at the Saigon airport entry point expecting the immigration officials to match our names to their list, stamp our passports and all done, off to our hotel.
But – Oh no!
We now had to pay 45USD each to actually now buy our visas! We had no USD or VDong on us so at 10.30pm we were told we could not get into Vietnam!
As you will appreciate this was a horribly stressful situation for a couple of elderly tourists!
It could very easily have been avoided if there had been clear notice on that “visa” list that we were still expected to purchase our 45USD visa at the entry point.
Various unsuccessful attempts to get temporary entry until we got some USD or VDong only made the situation more frightening as it got later and later at night.
Fortunately a fellow traveller finally took pity on us and lent us the required 90USD on the risk we would get the money back to him the next day. Wow, disaster averted!

Value for money
I used this service to get a printed visa invitation when I entered Vietnam. I used the service twice and each time I found the document to me essential in making a clear and uncomplicated entry into Vietnam. The visa arrived promptly and in good order. I consider the cost to have been very reasonable. The document saved me a great deal of hassle.
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
The initial statement from “Vietnam Visa Center” is purely promotional and should not be considered an unbiased review. It’s self-praise and lacks specific details or evidence. It is designed to instill confidence and attract customers but carries no weight in an objective assessment.
YURI IVANOV: This review is highly negative, indicating a severe problem with the service. The user claims “incompetence and stupidity” and accuses the company of failing to deliver on an urgent e-visa promise, even after payment. The user strongly advises against using the service, suggesting a scam or at least a very unreliable operation. The strong language (“absolute joke,” “nonsense”) suggests a genuine, albeit frustrated, customer experience.
Alexander Sofa (Planetsofa): This review is overwhelmingly positive. The user recounts a positive experience obtaining a last-minute visa on arrival, praising the speed and efficiency of the service. They were particularly impressed with the fast-track support and the agent waiting upon arrival. This contrasts sharply with the negative reviews, suggesting inconsistent service or perhaps selectively positive experiences.
Myroslava Padalytsia: This review is negative, citing delays and poor communication. The user claims to have ordered an urgent service that was not delivered on time and expresses dissatisfaction with the lack of responsiveness and refusal of a refund. The reviewer also notes higher than average pricing. This review aligns with other negative reviews pointing to unreliability and poor customer service.
Cynthia Rice: This review is mixed. While the user acknowledges that the visa approval letter was accurate and delivered quickly, they report a significant failure in the agent pickup service. The agent didn’t show up, and the user received no response to follow-up emails. This suggests that while some parts of the service might be functional, others are unreliable and lack customer support. The unanswered emails are a significant red flag.
Christopher: This review, while positive overall, is unusual in its tone. The reviewer admits to being tipsy and recounts a personal story of missing a flight. Despite the self-acknowledged mistake, the user praises the visa center for quickly rectifying the situation and providing the visa letter. While the service was ultimately successful, the review’s informal tone raises questions about its authenticity and potential bias.
dave: This review is extremely positive, praising the service as “awesome” and recommending it over others. The user highlights the speed of service (less than 24 hours) and credits the company with preventing problems during a trip. While positive, the language is somewhat generic and lacks specific details.
Peter: This review is positive and provides more detail than some of the other 5-star reviews. The user mentions responsive email communication, the one-day service meeting its promise, and helpful advice for airport procedures. The review also offers practical advice to other travelers. This level of detail adds credibility to the positive feedback.
Lindsey Schuett: This is a strongly negative review, detailing a significant issue with pricing and a refusal to refund. The user claims to have been quoted one price initially but was then subjected to price hikes and ultimately unable to afford the trip. The lack of a refund, despite claims of a money-back guarantee and no hidden fees, is a serious concern. This review suggests potential deceptive practices.
Martiniello: This review is highly positive, attributing a saved holiday to the company’s fast service. The user recalls forgetting to obtain a visa and being assisted by the company at the airport. The review expresses gratitude and willingness to recommend the service. The context of a last-minute save adds weight to the positive experience.
JOANNE B: Similar to Martiniello, this review praises the company for saving a holiday after a visa was forgotten. The user describes a smooth process, with a staff member meeting them at the airport and expediting the visa process. The review emphasizes the ease and smoothness of the process, especially considering the stressful situation.
Anna: This is a concise but positive review, highlighting the speed of service and helpful notes provided. The user expresses gratitude for the service. The brevity makes it less informative but still contributes to the overall positive sentiment.
Lewis Cross: This review describes a frustrating and stressful experience. The user believed they had purchased visas but only received confirmation of their names on a list, requiring them to pay an additional fee upon arrival. The lack of clear communication regarding this additional cost is a significant point of criticism. The review highlights the potential for confusion and unexpected expenses.
Keith Howard: This review is short and positive, stating that the service was “all as promised” and “highly recommended.” Its brevity, however, doesn’t offer much in the way of specifics.
Ji HyeonMyeong: This is a very brief and positive review, simply stating “Always thank you. Very pleased.” Due to the lack of detail, it’s difficult to assess its genuineness, but it does contribute to the overall sentiment.
Alessandro Semeraro de SOuza: This is another brief and positive review, describing the service as “Very fast, simples.” Like the others, its brevity limits its informativeness.
John O’Connor: This review is positive and notes the speed and good customer service provided by the company. Recommending the service to others is also a positive sign.
R. Choquette: This review states that the procedure is “easy and the company reps are trustworthy.” The user highly recommends the services. This is a positive endorsement.
Felix schulenburg: This review is positive and emphasizes the quick service and helpful advice. The user expresses gratitude for saving their holiday.
Frederick George Sharp: This review is positive overall, describing the service as “value for money.” The user found the printed visa invitation essential and the cost reasonable. This reviewer used the service twice and had a good experience each time.
