Such a cumbersome website.

OMG. Spent hours trying to upload PDF of passport. It says scanning pdf them, only a pdf can be uploaded. Size is under 300kb. As another reviewer said, website from the 1990’s.

Hi requested an e-Visa 4 weeks ago

Hi requested an e-Visa 4 weeks ago. They say you get your visa in a couple of days. I had to send my passport copy 3 times. They confirmed after the second copy that it was good but then asked me again for a better one. Now i will fly on Saturday to India and don´t have a Visa and the do NOT answer my emails. You can not reach them over phone.

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

The first review describes a frustrating user experience attempting to upload a passport PDF. The user emphasizes the website’s cumbersome nature, difficulty with file uploads despite meeting specified requirements, and the website appearing outdated. The mention of spending hours on the task and echoing similar sentiments from other reviewers regarding the website’s design suggests a potential issue with the website’s usability and technical functionality. This doesn’t necessarily indicate a scam, but it does raise concerns about the website’s professionalism and user-friendliness. The details about the PDF size and format suggest the user followed instructions, making the website’s failure more suspect. The lack of functionality could be incompetence or a deliberate tactic to frustrate users.

The second review outlines a serious problem regarding visa application processing. The user states they requested an e-Visa four weeks prior, with the expectation of receiving it within a few days. A key red flag is the multiple requests for the passport copy, despite confirmations of its suitability. This inconsistent communication, coupled with the lack of responsiveness to emails and the inability to contact them by phone, points towards potential fraudulent activity or extreme incompetence. The user’s impending travel date without a visa, due to the website’s inaction, strongly suggests a scam. The inability to reach customer service is a classic sign of unreliable or fraudulent services. The user’s specific details, such as the timeline and method of contact, enhance the review’s credibility.

Based on the reviews, the website appears highly problematic. The first review focuses on usability issues, while the second review points towards serious problems with service delivery, communication, and potential fraudulent behavior. The combination of technical issues and the inability to obtain a visa after several weeks, with no customer support, strongly suggests a high risk associated with using this website.

indian-visa.in likely scam
