Not scam, they will get your ETA for Canada costing you 79 Euro, which should have been about 7 CAD on canada.ca website.
But here’s the kicker: How the hell did they get our personal details? After my last ETA expired (the 7 CAD one), electronic-visa bombarded us with daily emails remined us that our ETA needed renewal. The email look official, so we used the link when it got time to renew. 2 x 79 EURO wasted.

E-Visa Process
I recently updated my visa to an e-visa, and I found the experience to be really good and easy. The process from the GOV.UK website to the UK Immigration ID Check app was straightforward and simple to navigate.
Thanks to the Home Office for creating this online system. It makes it much easier for people to check their visa status without any hassle.
Overall, I had a positive experience with the e-visa process.

Fraud AUTHORIZATION APPROVED
I received a confirmation that Travel was authorized 29th May stating ESTA application was approved while the same was not authorized for my daughter. When questioned they mentioned it was the govt. decision. So we initiated the process to apply for a visa for our daughter and wait for the personal interview date. I dont know why for the life of me I decided to check the official website Official ESTA Application Website, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (dhs.gov) once against for the status of my ESTA application and only to find that it shows “not authorised” This third party charged us 91 euros per person and didn’t not even refund any amount.. we also learnt recently that applying thro official website cost just 21 euros and if not approved 17 euro is returned…We also dont know how we reached electronic visa when we initiated our ESTA application… If you are looking to apply for ESTA and use the official website .. this folks are pure fraud

They charge you 91 dollar for one ESTA application. If you want to cancel you’ll get the following mail. Don’t know what the service is either as you have to type in all your data the same way you do with the official website.
We acknowledge receipt of your request for a refund of a United States Electronic Travel Authorization (ESTA) purchased on our website and are sorry that you have to cancel it.
Therefore, we will proceed with the cancellation of the application with the US Government. However, we inform you that your ESTA is currently being processed and this cancellation may lead to a malfunction, a blockage or a delay in obtaining your ESTA. In this case, you will need to apply for a classic Visa at the embassy.
The refund will be processed in the next few days.
Regarding the refund, as stipulated in clauses 4 and 9 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (see your invoice):
4. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Cooling Off Period

I have also been fooled by this scam. At first I thought the whole thing was fraudulent but I have been emailed my visa today. However, as others have said, paid well over the official rate for it and, no, you cannot contact them.

Feel like an idiot…….this company is a scam.
They charged my £91 for an ESTA – 5 x times what the official ESTA site charges.
I tried calling them but the phone number they provide is bogus…I also e mailed them and have had no reply.

Yes, agree with previous reviewer – the charge is extortionate and when I realised my error and asked for a refund within minutes, they insisted they’d need to take almost 50% of the charge for ‘admin fees’. DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

Be very careful when you google to purchase an Esta to visit the USA, this company comes up as one of the first and if you have no knowledge of purchasing an Esta then don’t make the same mistake as I did, I was charged £158 for 2 and later found out they are only £11 each. I was royally shafted by that extortionate prices I wished I done more research don’t make the same mistake as I did
