Terrible Service….. Never

As for us we have been having issues with them dealing with over 5 agents to acheive one thing. forcing us to buy their so called government approved insurance, againt asking documents for dispacth that were never asked to the point of asking for a mandatory uae contat person with ID attached…. our latest and worst experiences is they have refused to apply for the visa they are now demanding for a security deposit of 1500USD , Bank statements, reference letters and appointment letters… we have paid them the visa fee as agreed but they wont submit the visa application, on sartuday morning they said the visa will be submited on monday then less than 20 hours letter they aid the visa has been approved but i must pay usd1500… but the visa is not available when you check status – UAE Visa… someone recomend a better UAE Visa agent

Great experience

I applied for my father-in-law and mother-in-law who are from Pakistan and gave a Pakistani passport, got the visa within 4 days. Got the travel insurance which I think is a good idea considering your in a foreign country, but everything was very smooth and prompt at reasonable price too. Will use them again. Thank you for the excellent work.

Unprofessional team with poor experience. I used their services to process my visa to KSA and ended up doing it on my own as they did not manage to get it done. They asked for extra money to accelerate the process while it was not needed.

We have used Instadu Global’s services…

We have used Instadu Global’s services many times, usually managed by my colleague.
This time, I handled the process myself, and I truly appreciate the support I received, especially from Elina, who was my first point of contact, and Aiden, who provided support and quick responses to my emails. However, an experience with Omica made me so much worried at the time.

Despite this, I would still recommend Instadu Global for anyone looking to apply for a visa to Dubai, as their team is generally helpful and responsive.

This is an INDIAN SCAM company

This is an INDIAN SCAM company – be warned.

Within 5 minutes of placing my order, someone from their team contacted me and demanded an additional $554, threatening that my visa would be rejected if I didn’t pay immediately. This was never mentioned before payment.

When I refused and asked for a cancellation and refund, they deliberately dragged the process for over 5 days with misleading emails and tactics. In the end, they claimed I had to pay 40% of the amount because they allegedly “worked on my visa” in that 5-minute window — and even tried to bill me for their marketing costs.

I’ve already filed a chargeback with my bank and formally reported the transaction as fraud.

If you’re considering using this company: don’t. They are manipulating customers, abusing urgency, and extracting money through deceit.

Their turn around time is excellent

Their turn around time is excellent. However, the process of dealing with multiple people and asking for the same information was tedious

I also didn’t like how I was “forced” to purchase “government approved travel insurance” when we already got travel insurance, I was told we wouldn’t get the visa unless we got the insurance from them

Nevertheless I have been using them for more than 5 years and since they have all my details on file, I will continue to use them

Beware of this fraudster/scammer…

Beware of this fraudster/scammer company. I made a mistake of not reading the google reviews before availing their service. I approached this travel company for taking Saudi VISA. Their pattern of cheating is as follows:
1. Firstly, they will tell you the fee (Double the actual cost) and say this is inclusive of everything. Since you already made up a mind, you will pay the fee.
2. Then they will tell you that you need a travel insurance and it needs to be paid additionally. You will argue that fee paid above is inclusive of everything but they will threaten you saying you have to pay travel insurance or your VISA will not be processed. You will ask for reimbursement, they will tell you it is not refundable and ask you to check their website for terms/conditions.
3. On that frustration you will go ahead pay the travel insurance, After few days, they will create a VISA application for you and ask you to visit the nearest embassy. Again you will argue that, why customer need to go for embassy and this has not told before but you will forced to go to embassy because you already paid money.
4. When visiting embassy, they are not ready to accept any application. Guess what, becoz Saudi stopped issuing VISA for certain countries which is a known case. When the issuance of VISA is stopped, how did they taken up the job in first place, right?
5. When you ask them, they will stop responding to emails, whats app chats.
You trip planned will be spoiled and you will frustrated and write a review like me.

Not only that, i have raised an official consumer compliant in Dubai and also to dubai police department. A case has been registered. Action will be more severe for the repeated compliants.

If anyone got cheated by them in the past, feel free to raise with Dubai consumer compliant and Dubai police.

If you paid the fee by card, you can also raise service dispute case with VISA/Master.

The only intention of writing this review is i don’t want anyone to get cheated by them. If I would have read their reviews before, I would have not got cheated. All positive reviews you see are mostly from their known people. Beware.

Scam Alert

Scam Alert – Stay Away from Insta Global Travel
They don’t even deserve 1 star!!!!!
Absolute Scam – Insta Global Travel Should Be Shut Down

This is not a travel company, it’s a professionally disguised scam operation.

They fooled me with fake promises of a “guaranteed Dubai visa” even though they knew the risks and legal restrictions for Syrians. They charged me a high amount, pushed me into paying for a fake “express visa” just to take more money, and then disappeared once the visa was rejected.

Even worse, their staff clearly wrote in chat messages that I would get a refund if the visa was denied — but when it happened, they pretended those words never existed. They ignored me completely, showing no ethics, no responsibility, no shame. Just silence.

They wasted my time, stole my money, and played with my trust. This company has no soul— just a system designed to take your cash and disappear. They exploit people’s desperation and sell hope like it’s a product — a disgusting and heartless business model.

I lost a lot because I believed them. Learn from my mistake. Avoid Insta Global Travel at all costs — or risk being their next victim.

Warning

Warning: Stay away from this agency!
We were a group of five people, and we submitted three visa applications through this travel agency. The experience was a complete nightmare. Their service is nonexistent, and they completely scammed us.

After paying the initial visa fees, they kept sending us extra payment links—$600 for a so-called “express service” and $100 per person for “mandatory insurance.” They even threatened not to issue the visas unless we paid. I later found out that the express service doesn’t even exist!

Because of their lies and manipulation, I missed two flights. They told me I’d receive the visas 30 minutes before boarding while I was already at the airport—but nothing ever came.
This caused:
• Loss of two flights
• Hotel and rental car reservations wasted
• Travel to another city for nothing
• Missed very important appointments in Dubai
• A nervous breakdown that landed me in the hospital

I have all the proof: conversations, payment receipts, and messages.
This agency is dishonest, abusive, and unethical. I highly advise everyone to avoid them at all costs.

SCAM ALERT!

SCAM ALERT!
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I trusted this company because it looked reliable at the time I needed a transit visa for Dubai, but it wasn’t reliable at all. They took advantage of my lack of knowledge and told me that I needed a transit visa for my passport — which, guess what, I didn’t. I was in a hurry at that moment, and they took advantage of that.

They added unnecessary fees and claimed they could speed up the process, just to charge more money. I stopped sending them money once I became suspicious. Then I checked the reviews, and everything made sense. I wish I had checked the reviews earlier to avoid this.

I have all the evidence of the scam. It’s been over a month, and I haven’t received my visa or a refund. The funniest part is that I traveled back and forth from Dubai without needing a transit visa at all.

100% SCAM!

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

The company’s self-written introduction highlights their services and aims to portray them as a technologically advanced and customer-centric travel solution provider. This is standard marketing content and doesn’t offer an objective view of their actual service quality.

Jayarajkumar Velu: This review is very short and lacks specific details. It only mentions a “seamless process” for obtaining a visa, which is insufficient to gauge authenticity. It could be a genuine positive experience or a fabricated review.

Mubin Ahmed Askir: Similar to the previous review, this one is extremely brief and only acknowledges “Amir” for quick service related to an Umrah visa. It lacks substance and is difficult to verify.

Faith Favour: This is a negative review detailing a multitude of issues, including dealing with multiple agents, being forced to purchase unnecessary insurance, demands for unusual documents (UAE contact person with ID), and a request for a security deposit *after* visa fees were paid. The reviewer alleges being told the visa was approved and then demanded a $1500 deposit, which raises serious red flags about potential extortion.

Hlobo Malapane: This review echoes the negative sentiments of the previous one, accusing the agency of unprofessionalism, upselling after payment, demanding unnecessary documents, and frustrating customers to extract more money. The reviewer strongly advises against using the agency.

Mohammed Waseemuddin: This review presents a positive experience, highlighting a smooth and prompt process for obtaining visas for Pakistani parents-in-law. The mention of travel insurance being a “good idea” adds a touch of authenticity, but it contrasts sharply with the negative reviews.

Sanviabi Santhosh: This is another very short positive review that only comments on the responsiveness of the company. It is too vague to be definitively credible.

Julius: This review raises a concern about being charged for a visa that was supposedly unnecessary for UK citizens traveling to Dubai. This points towards potential overcharging or lack of knowledge on the agency’s part.

raju bondu: This review is mixed, stating the overall experience was smooth and fast but also noting that the WhatsApp contact was unresponsive. This gives it a slightly more balanced feel, but still doesn’t provide extensive details.

Biju Kv: This is a very brief, positive review simply thanking “AMIR” for support, similar to other vague positive reviews.

Karine Labaky: This review describes an “unprofessional team” and a “poor experience” attempting to obtain a KSA visa. The reviewer states they ended up processing the visa independently after the agency failed and asked for extra money for unnecessary acceleration.

胡龍融: This is a simple, positive review stating the visa was received on time and was helpful for their trip.

Jacob’s Office: This review is more detailed, acknowledging positive support from specific individuals (Elina and Aiden) but also mentioning a negative experience with “Omica.” It still recommends the agency for Dubai visas despite the issue, which adds a layer of complexity but also some credibility, indicating a mixed but generally positive experience.

Consumer: This review is strongly negative, calling the company the “worst ever” and a “scam” specifically regarding Umrah or Hajj visas. The reviewer claims their visa was denied but they were able to obtain a visa on arrival, suggesting incompetence or deception on the agency’s part.

Gilbert Blake: This review is a stark warning, labeling the company an “INDIAN SCAM.” The reviewer describes being pressured to pay an additional fee shortly after placing the order and then facing difficulties obtaining a refund. They accuse the company of manipulation, deceit, and abusive tactics, and report filing a chargeback and fraud report.

Reyhana Harper: This review provides a mixed perspective, praising the “excellent” turnaround time but criticizing the multiple points of contact and the pressure to purchase “government approved travel insurance” despite already having existing coverage. It suggests continued use due to having details on file, indicating some value despite the negative aspects.

Susai Raj: This review is extremely detailed and highly critical, accusing the company of being a “fraudster/scammer.” It outlines a pattern of overcharging, demanding additional payments for unnecessary insurance, and ultimately failing to deliver the promised visa. The reviewer claims to have filed complaints with Dubai consumer authorities and the police.

Nour: This review is a strong “Scam Alert,” claiming the company is a “professionally disguised scam operation.” The reviewer alleges being fooled with fake promises of a “guaranteed Dubai visa” and then being ignored after the visa was rejected, despite assurances of a refund.

Fatima Osmanovska: This review is short and extremely negative, stating the company “Ruined my week, my vaccation, stole my money and no service given.”

Abla Sbihi: This review provides a detailed account of a severely negative experience for a group of five people. The reviewer alleges being scammed with extra payment links for nonexistent services, threatened with visa denial, and ultimately missing flights and suffering significant financial and emotional distress.

Arti Vallejo Ramón: This review describes a “SCAM ALERT!” situation, where the reviewer was told they needed a transit visa when it wasn’t actually required. They accuse the company of taking advantage of their lack of knowledge and adding unnecessary fees.

instaglobaltravel.com likely a scam
