This looks like a scam
I made a Cambodian visa request through their website on Saturday 12th and after payment never received any confirmation email or invoice. This raised some suspicion, and I filed another visa request on evisa.gov.kh which delivered the visa on the 14th.
Since my request with visa-e.com was not taken into account while I had already received my visa from evisa.gov.kh, I asked for refund however I haven’t received any acknowledgement of my request or even a visa. The only way to contact them is a toll number at a rate of 48 € / hour.
Another thing that should raise a red flag : They claim on their website they have served over 500.000 customers since 2010 while I haven’t been able to find one single review from customers. This website seems to be a scam. I am afraid I have to apply to court.
